My nail’s definitely don’t look terrible, but you get what you paid for. Paid around $100ish dollars for a basic manicure and pedicure but that was with a 15% discount. The people that work here were all very nice! The guy I had must’ve been new though: I had to remind him to put a topcoat on my gel nails, and he put a white undercoat under the colors on my fingernails that I did not ask for (and the colors I chose were not translucent enough to do that). He also only put one coat of white and one coat of color so some of them are splotchy! I don’t know if he was mad at me for speaking up about some things or something but at the end when he was filing my manicure, he did it way too hard and now my hands hurt around my cuticles. That’s really what did it for me, my hands never hurt after getting a manicure back home. Again my nails don’t look that bad but if you’re looking to get a top tier service I would skip this place.

Although they were ready for us promptly, when we arrived for our appointments. They dumped acetone on my feet and legs during my pedicure. Once we toes were drying I noticed I have a rash on both my feet. I would not recommend this salon.

I was visiting HH for the weekend. I came in for a gel pedicure early on Friday morning. I am usually not one to complain as I am licensed by the cosmetic art board and I know things can happen sometimes but this is a very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the nail tech about how I would like my nails shaped/filed. One of the other nail techs talked me into an “up charged” pedicure and I wish I wouldn’t have listened. For around $60 along with a $15 tip I expected a better experience. For one I was burnt by the extremely hot towel during my service after I told them it was too hot. Secondly the polish is very uneven and on my skin. After my long day out and about I finally took a close up look at my toes and I am very dissatisfied.

My gel mani and pedi were done by Phoung Nguyen today and look awesome. He was SO meticulous and asked me if I liked the shape and color along the way. Went back over things on his own to make sure it was done 100% right. Wish he was in Charlotte! Best gel nail I've ever had.

Very wonderful experience. Super clean and nice. One of the best gel nail experiences I’ve had. Phillip was wonderful, asked me if I liked the shape and made sure I was happy with my nails before moving to the next step. Very kind. My gel was only $35 and it’s the best my nails look in a long time. Very quick too. They have a barbicide certification on the wall and each person working in there has their state license on their work station. If I lived here, this place would be my usual. Would recommend to anyone. They also have a lot of dip colors

Visited when I was on vacation for a very needed gel manicure. I did a walk in around 11am on a Friday. They were able to take me right away. Fast and clean manicure for $37 (I usually pay $35 in Philly) so this was a great price on a gorgeous island - would recommend

Day one of my Hilton Head vacation I broke one of my nails, so I went here to see if they could fix it. They didn’t have the exact OPI color that I had on my nails but did SUCH a good job working with the colors they had to make an almost perfect match. They did trial and error with many colors and ended up mixing two to get it just right. They were all so kind and saved my nails this vacation. Anytime I’m in town and have a nail need, this is where I’ll go!

I came in today with my sister and mom and it was wonderful. We called the morning off and we were able to get in right away. We got manipedis and the experience was really nice. I got the tangerine pedicure and it smelt so good and it felt really nice as well. Definitely recommend.
