We loved every minute of our trip to 309! Very clean, extremely spacious, and so comfortable! We received two phone calls checking on our stay, which was so hospitable and unexpected! We can’t wait to go back and make this our annual family vacation spot!

We’ve rented from Beach Properties of Hilton Head several times and have had a wonderful experience each time. The booking process is easy. Check-in was a breeze and the properties immaculate. When we’ve had a minor issue, the maintenance team came quickly and the problem was resolved. All very professional. Will definitely use again.

We were very happy with our stay at 4110 Windsor North. The condo was so nice and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. This property is in Palmetto Dunes so the beach is less crowded than the public beaches. We loved sitting on our balcony in the evening and watching some of the beautiful wildlife. There was an adorable family of deer that came out every night. So cute. Would definitely consider this property again.

This was the perfect beach vacation home for our family get together. Lots of open areas for group times but plenty of privacy for those needing alone time. So close to the beach made it easy for young children to walk and for transporting beach equipment and toys. Easy trip to beach for quick visits back to the house for refreshments or to use house facilities. This was the perfect size pool for young children. There were lots of books , games and puzzles for all ages to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked well for large group that cooked all meals. Property staff very responsive for any needs we had. We will be back again and again and again for another perfect family get together.

402 Captains Walk is a very nice beach front updated unit. The sunrise view is beautiful. I love hearing the ocean from the porch! Captains Walk has a great pool and beautiful grounds. It’s very close to the general store which is great too!

Absolutely loved this condo and location! We have stayed at several different locations on Hilton Head Island and this was by far my favorite. Beautiful beach views from balcony. Beach Properties was very easy to plan a vacation with. Can’t wait to go back.

The unit was beautiful, had a great view of the sound from each deck and was extremely well furnished and clean! We were totally impressed with the level of proactive care we received from Beach Properties of Hilton Head! They walk you through every detail of your rental agreement and stay and even provide an “Alexa” device to answer your questions any time of day! How thoughtful! We can’t wait to go back!!!

We have stayed 3 different times at 46 Lands End and love it! We have already reserved another trip for next year. The property is beautiful and well appointed. The views are amazing and at the furthest point of the island where we can see the light house, Daufuskie Island and the beautiful marshes the open up to the ocean! The property management team is always accessible and professional! Can’t wait to get back over there!

What a lovely location in SeaPines. Beach front with beautiful views from the kitchen, living room and Master bed room. It’s hard to find a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with extra den. It was perfect amount of space for a family of 4 and my kids could have privacy to game and hang out. The furnishings top notch, well stocked and will be coming back.

We enjoyed this beach house so much! The location was awesome!! So close to the beach and other amenities, shops, restaurants, and even a smaller sized grocery store! The house was clean and a large enough for 3 families to spread out. The pool was great as was the entertainment area below! We will definitely be back!!

Recently visited on a girls trip. Great location. Space was plenty of room. Quiet, corner condo. Kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. Close to bars/shopping/restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our family has found our favorite place to stay and the best people to plan our HHI vacations. Beach Properties was amazing to work with and helped us find the perfect ocean front Villa at Beachside Tennis. The villa was spotless and the decor was perfect. We have stayed at North Shore Shore Place multiple times through Beach properties. The location is prefect for families that love all that Hilton head has to offer. Close to the beach and across the street from shopping. We love the layout of the property. Each unit is spacious and beautifully decorated. The roof top pool and hot tub are in my opinion the nicest on the island. When we leave In the spring we can’t wait to get back in the fall!

This was my family’s first stay with Beach Properties of Hilton Head. Our stay was June 13th through June 18th. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and had several amenities. The private pool and hot tub was amazing. The home is just minutes away walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. My family had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 10 Swing About with Beach Properties! The home was perfect and BP was wonderful. They supply plenty of starter items for us to use along with a soft side cooler bag. Also, some loaner beach towels if we needed them. Housekeeping does a spectacular job. The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. The pool was larger than expected which was nice. We also had use of the garage which was a plus. I would definitely recommend Beach Properties and this particular home. It’s a short bike ride to the beach but we enjoy it. We also enjoyed taking daily walks through Palmetto Dunes. It’s my favorite area on HHI! I highly recommend Beach Properties and 10 Swing About!

Villamare 1401 is a beautiful villa with an exceptional location overlooking the pool and Atlantic. The unit was clean and well appointed with up to date decor, and the master shower with multiple shower heads is a dream! We look forward to staying here again.

We had a great time on Hilton Head Island this year! Captain's Walk 484 was a very quiet condo above it all! Beautiful view of the ocean day and night! Beach Properties was very attentive to our needs and wants. They are very nice, caring people. I would whole heartily recommend them and their properties to you on Hilton Head.

Enjoyed the one bedroom condo and loved the proximity to the beach! Condo was quiet, comfortable and very clean with tropical garden view and a bit of the ocean as well! We liked the easy checkin at 4 pm - everything worked as expected! We would definitely consider renting this condo again! Hope that the owners update the bath fixtures before our next visit!

We found our two week stay, a great time of relaxation, well kept pool and surroundings. The Beach Properties staff was always available to help. The condo was nicely maintained and had start products as well amble supply of towels and sheets, if needed. Excellent time!

510 Queens Grant was comfortable and spacious! Loved having a first floor master bedroom with the children’s rooms upstairs, especially having teenagers. A very welcoming home. Booking with Beach Properties of Hilton Head was a breeze! The team was in touch with us to ensure we had an easy check-in and to address any questions or concerns we had as we got to know the property. Team members were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We love Hilton Head and we will definitely rent 510 again and look forward to working with Beach Properties.
