Our second visit, this time better than last year's! We called ahead for three of us, and got a spot in the side room with the windows. Glad we did, because the deer and raccoons that live in the area came to visit the feeders, so we got dinner and a show! Our server was new (she said it was her first night), but she was very friendly despite seeming a little nervous. The owner that was training her recommend us a delicious bottle of reisling to start off with, and gave us several dinner recommendations as well. After getting the garlic bread, we started off with the escargot and crab ravioli, and both were incredible. My sister got a peach tea cocktail, and it was okay, but tasted watered down like it had been sitting for awhile. Up next came our house salads; fresh, crispy, with a simple but tasty balsamic vinegarette. While we waited I ordered a filthy vodka martini with blue cheese olives. Perfectly made. For our entrees we got the chicken pancetta (the broccoli was so flavorful, such a standout in the dish for only a few bites) that had a delicious sauce; the pesto tortellini with fresh and excellently seared scallops (pesto was not too strong and had a great flavor, the tortellinis were delightful to bite into with the squishy center); and the sea bass Naples style with kalmata olives and angel hair pasta (super light and tender, the sauce was amazing). Everything we got was very different from the other, but every dish was executed impeccably and highlighted the skill of the kitchen. For dessert we tried the trio (cannoli, flourless chocolate cake, and mini crème brûlée). Everything was great- the cannoli not too sweet but nice and creamy, the cake fudgey with a nice cocao flavor, and the crème brûlée fabulous. I had wanted to try the homemade limoncello, but they were out so I went with the mocha mint cappuccino instead. Overall super thrilled that we came back, would absolutely give this place 6 stars just for the food alone, but the service and atmosphere are welcome bonuses.

Finished out our week on the island with some excellent Italian food! We each got a pasta dish (which come with side salads) and some garlic bread to share. Would highly recommend stopping by!

The aroma entering this restaurant had me at the door! Came for the early bird. Mussels marinara..that marinara sauce…yummy. Very simple green salad but delicious red wine vinegar dressing. The veal piccata was delicious. All of us enjoyed our meal. Comes with a glass of wine. Food was exceptional. Servers are not overly friendly, that was the only negative. But I didn’t come to dine with them😂.

If you want great service, friendly ma and pa service and wonderful Italian dishes this is your place. I have dined in and ordered takeout for the past 2 years living here in HH. This is the best Italian around. Fresh, hot and delicious. Ive had veal Marsala, lasagna, spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken etc and all were prepared wonderfully. The owners care about the customer and definitely the food prepared in their kitchen. You won’t regret and will via frequently.

Quaint little Italian restaurant in Hilton Head. Get a table in the patio by the window to see the deer and raccoons munch on their evening meal — the kids will love it! Oh and the food was pleasant as well. I had the lobster Mac and cheese and it was good.

Stopped here tonight for the early bird special. The food was awesome! Tortellini with meatballs and the eggplant parmesan were outstanding. Service was attentive, but not too much so. The Early bird dinner is a great value. We'd have given them 5 stars, but the ambiance was lacking. We were at a table looking at the back of the restaurant (rotting wood fence, etc.). We will be back though. GREAT FOOD.

I would be exceedingly surprised if there is a better early bird dinner anywhere. There are plenty of options, and the food and service are top notch. Eating on the enclosed porch provides a pleasurable atmosphere and experience. Imagine having a delicious 3 course Italian dinner with a glass of wine for $20.95! It can be done here--even with soup, salad, rolls, and veal Marsala.

I went to Stellini's as a large part of a group, but the restaurant's team handled this well by providing our group with two great waitresses to take our orders. Our tables were ready, and we were served immediately. The food was prepared well and arrived fresh from the oven. Due to the freshness of the dishes, we did have to wait a little bit for our meals. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Got take out this time. Rigatoni Bolognese was a 10 out of 10! Have eaten there in the past. Food is delicious. It's a welcoming place and at night you can gaze out the large windows and watch deer, raccoons, and other wild animals eating next to you. Awesome place!

Service was great. My husband had the mussels for appetizer and I had the fried artichoke hearts. They were both delicious. The salads were great, so was my hubby's lasagna. My veal picatta was just ok. The veal was tough and grisly.

The service was fine. Our waitress did a great job. The view is awesome. They put out food to attract local wild life. We saw a deer family come right next to the window where we were seated. That being said the food was terrible and way way overpriced. The food bland with little to NO flavor, it's way way overpriced . Iv had Microwave Italian dinners from the grocery store that had more flavor.

Great Italian food. Owners are very friendly and work hard in their restaurant. Native animals come out after dark to dine with you on the other side of the glass. Very enjoyable evening and free entertainment.

For over a decade this restaurant has been a family favorite. The owners remember us every year and always make a point to spend some time. This is what hospitality is all about. Thank you to Kyle and the team for such an amazing evening. We will see you next year!!!!

We had the veal and fettuccine Alfredo, my husband loves veal, has had it from many different places, and says this was the best he's ever had! The tiramisu is also amazing! Odette was our waitress and she was so friendly and attentive. Next time we vacation here we will definitely return!

Amazing meal! The owner is wonderful and the food is delicious. Will definitely go back. Don’t forget to order the garlic bread. Must have!

The food was delicious! Excellent crab ravioli and garlic bread. The service was slow and inattentive. Also a surly waitress who seemed unhappy. Took 50 minutes to get our salads. Ate bread and water: We were SO hungry. Also the prices on the website are very outdated. Was dismayed that all entrees were $5 more. Please update. Hence only 3 stars. Unfortunate since the food is tasty.

This place is a sleeper on the island. It seems like social media has past them bye and if not for a local I don't think I would have found it. So let me help you. No online reservations or open table, nope, old schools, call and make them. Make them well in advance because while the place has lots of seating, it is busy. The food some of the best on the island. I alway like talking to the people at the table next to me to see what their thoughts are just in case you get that one bad experience. Not this type, our entire group had wonderful food and so did every table around us. This might be what I would consider the best restaurant on the island. I hate to say that because it will make it harder to get into when I come back, buy everyone needs to give it a try. Very well priced also. This is a can't miss dining experience.

I can’t give a lower score or I would!! Absolutely the worst Italian meal I’ve ever had… NO question about it. I can’t believe anyone would ever go to Stellini a second time!! The only taste was heavy salt. The cost wasn’t exorbitant but, I can open a jar of sauce and throw it on a box of pasta and it would taste better.. for far less than the cost of a single dinner here. The big kicker was they bait wild animals (raccoons/squirrels) to visit the establishment. Raccoons? Please, these animals are very unsanitary at best!! If one of these animals bites a customer -you- out in the parking lot you’ll get rabies! Don’t walk away from this place.. RUN and don’t look back!

The food was good, the garlic bread was especially delicious. I was torn between 4 or 5 stars, I opted for 4 for a few reasons. The parking lot was a bit confusing as there was no parking when we arrived and we had to back out of the lot and park across the street. The ambiance was okay, but nothing special. The portion sizes were a bit smaller than what I am used to at Italian restaurants (a meatball appetizer that sells for $11 came with THREE small meatballs on the plate) and the average price of an entree was not exorbitant, but was high for the amount of food you got. None, of these would stop me from going again, but they are the reason for not rating 5 stars. If you are on island and looking for a good non-chain Italian restaurant this is a good place to try. Not the best, but you would likely not be disappointed.
