I went there @8:11pm and as yall can see “they close” @10 but instead they just sat there and eat instead of giving the service!! Im pregnant and yall women know the cravings hit really bad😂

Location was clean and modern, staff were friendly and efficient, subs were really well-made. Everything was great, highly recommend.

Ordered two different sandwiches toasted seemed overly hot and made us both sick after 2 bites. Never had an experience like that from subway. Would never try there again.

Drive thru only, there was only one employee inside. No customer service, just the food hand off and payment; super long wait....

I'm really glad to see this store finally staffed appropriately. The food was fine, a bit sloppily made, uneven meat and toppings, and actually the wrong size... But it's fine. Everything is fine. It tasted alright and didn't bother my stomach. It was busy and the staff was pretty efficient. There is no provision for maintaining safety space in line, so if you still worry about COVID you might prefer the drive thru.

HORRIBLE!!! Went through drive thru. Sat at window for many minutes while staff looked at me. A very rude large woman opened the window and said my order was a BLT. I ordered a chicken sub. Asked the woman if she could ring the correct order at the register. She said no and told me to drive around the building again. I asked once more, are you sure you can't just ring it up at the register and she slammed the window shut. This woman has no business in the service industry.

It's not even 5pm on a Friday and they are closed already! It says open till 10pm on website.

Not open when they should be open or as stated that they are. They should update their schedule so people don't drive for nothing.

They helped Every single person that walked in and ignored our order in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes then they scooped less than the proper amount of tuna and didn’t put the toppings on the sandwich and gave no napkins. I will not be back to the subway and would suggest the others go to a different subway location. Absolutely horrible customer service with the employees

Went through the drive thru TWO hours before they were supposed to close. The only employee working walks out as we are ordering on the screen, proceeds to look at us, and walks to his car without saying a word about the fact that they’re closed two hours early. Weirdest experience.

Imagine you and a friend pull up into the drive-through, over an hour still left for the place to be open. Imagine you place your order. Imagine it gets accepted. Imagine pulling up to the window and watching as the two employees inside turn off the lights and attempt to sneak out of the building behind your car, get in theirs, and drive away. Unfortunately I didn't have to imagine this scenario as it's exactly what happened. Since they never opened the window they never took payment (thank goodness) but it was still absolutely insane. Managed to get a good laugh over it though.

Drive thru was magically closed mid day as I started ordering.

has seemed to got better with the self service drive through haven't had any issues yet. been there 2 times first of its kind that I've seen and the system seem to works well

Came in there with my children at 7 pm after soccer. The night crew told us the lobby was closed. I called in the am to check with the store manager who claims our lobby is open until 8. Very rude disrespectful. Told my children we had to leave when they sat down to eat even though they were open for another 45 mins. Take your bussiness else where!

The girl that waited on me said that she had done enough for the day and she was going to take her time and didn't care about any waiting for service I was first in line when I got there for lunch and it took a half hour to get my sandwich needless to say I will never go back

Ask for my sandwich to be toasted. The employee kept insisting that the bread was already hot, horrible listening skills.

The drive thru uses a touch screen. It’s awful. We had to park and go inside,

Ordered an Italian sub oil and vinegar, and a ham and cheese sub. No ham and cheese at all and Italian sub was with mustard. Disapointed the listening skills were not working today.
