Worst customer service we ever had. Although the price is generally low quality of the products is very poor. Material quality and the finishing is so bad. Didn’t expect this kind of bad service and poor quality products from a well known brand like “Hameedia” also some of there sales guys are very rude and don’t know how to do their job.

Recently purchased a ready-made wedding suit here. Special thanks to Azeem for his friendly and helpful service, providing valuable insights. They have a wide collection of clothes, and the prices are reasonable for the quality offered. Parking is available for convenience.

They are well known for their Men's wear and suits. Obviously they have some great collection of quality suits and accessories. Staff is very interactive and will try get something working for you somehow XD, and ig you won't be disappointed. Seems like Covid has affected, as most of the industry. For flaws I say, they don't really ask you to wash you hands (and there were no hand wash there either) , didn't check our temperature (may be the guard was busy?) Or couldn't see the location track code or even a log to collect customer details. Other than that, I really recommend, although I'm not a big fashion guy!😅

I recently visted here to get an alteration done for a trouser which was bought from mainstreet branch. Vijitha (Manager) and the tailor was very kind and helpful. They delivered as agreed.

I recently got a suit done from Hameedias Wattala and I must say the service provided was exceptional. Also, Prasad who attended to my service was a humble service oriented person with good communication skills and who knows what he is talking when it comes to suits. I would recommend Hameedias Wattala if your going for a suit.

I always shop my office dresses at Hammedia and the girl who assist me while I went to buy a trouser for a Purple club low waise of 38 size from the same I was wearing and asked her to get me from the same design while I was checking the size of another she had managed go through every trouser and able to find out the last 3 units from same 38 low waist purple club. I was so happy and whenever I shop at Hammedia at wattala I always a get nice and friendly service. Thanks you Hameedia and I cant live without you. All the Best to Wattala Hameedians!

Wonderful customer service by Salesman Manoj, I was supposed to buy only one shirt but I bought 6 items with the value of Rs. 25,500.00. This guy is very friendly and enthusiastic sales personnel I would say as a customer. I would suggest you to improve all the other sales personnel in your outlets and that will increase you sales volume further for sure. Good Luck..!
