Long queues at times, I've not seen the staff ever changing gloves between meat and veg orders. It's a nono for me as the whole reason why I go subway is because of how well they keep away from food contamination. Seen one of the staff covering her mouth while coughing but carrying on using the gloves. I felt bad so paid for the sub but threw it in the bin.

Utterly abysmal staff members who are clearly devoid of any training or customer care. When you accuse a customer of stealing and are then proven wrong you should apologise, not prance around acting as though you are still in the right. Learn to be humble and admit your wrongdoings. Learn the word sorry. The staff member really embarrassed herself. Naturally we won't be returning to this dumpster of a store.

Disgusting attitude from a lady staff member accusing me of having biscuits in my bag which I had paid for and not received. She didn't even apologize. Will never use this store again. Subway don't care. AVOID markfield store

Food was usual tasty standard, but new people learning and srving so took a while. Not a complaint as they took their time to make sure the food was prepared correctly.

Typical subway in city centre area of Leicester. Did was lovely but the member of staff was rude. She asked me if I want salad, I said no thank you she said why not it's good for you. I said I don't want it that's my preference. She said you will be sick of the dinner take salad in your subway. I didn't read the manager apologised and reprimanded the member of staff who apologised to me but that's not the point. I have my subway how I want it. Don't be telling me what to have

Not always easy with impatient people waiting in the car! Try to order ahead with app! When did online orders become a priority over customers in shop wish cash?" Must be getting old" ?!,lol!

Nice and convenient,polite helpful staff but not got all the usual subway things available. No inside seating and onsite parking is limited, but a good alternative to a prepacked sandwich to grab and eat on the go.
