Drive through order,got home to find they had missed chips and burger was all out in bag,emailed them with pics of food and reciept had no reply,so dissapointed would avoid

Lukewarm fries, burgers thrown together, typical of the breed. That was last year's comment, yesterday Mrs. Stilton and I treated ourselves to a 6 nugget meal each, plus a hamburger each, now, wait for it.........IT WAS NICE!! Pickle in the bun, onion in the bun and acceptably warm, fries.....HOT, nuggets were fine, they usually are, coffee good, which is par for the course, well done Mac'ydoodles! As of March 2023 I and mrs Stilton will not be gracing the restaurants for the forceable future, thanks to the Lee collective at Hinckley, they have two sites, one on the A5 which is acceptable, and one on wheatfield way, (Hinckley by pass) which should be bombed! What went wrong, mrs Stilton's chicken burger was almost cold, mine was not cooked through (a potential health hazard) I was so annoyed I raised Cain (not the Dingle one!) And that's unusual for me as I am easy going, Macky'doodles refunded the money, but it is quite clear that we the customers are treated like something that lives at the bottom of something else (don't want to be rude). The standards of some of these franchises is appalling, I've seen food dropped on the floor and surreptitiously picked up and put back into an order, rubbish and stale food under and around cooking areas and not forgetting the ever popular cold fries! Hot chocolate thinner than dish water, toilets swimming in er, well you can guess....... Not all franchises are like this I must hasten to add. I've added a couple of pictures of the offending burgers and finally a tip, if you want really good Macky'doodles, hot fries, hot burgers, real hot chocolate, then visit Macky'doodles Larnaca, Cyprus!

Really couldn't understand the long wait to get into the restaurant. I would have used the drive thru only I needed to use the toilet. It turns out that there were a few deliveries going out I had the Wrap of the day for £1.99 and a latte coffee ☕ Will avoid this one in future in favour of the large organised one on the A5. The staff are pleasant, though

I guess what do you expect, if it’s to be served the correct order in a timely manner then this is not the place for you. You’ll sit and wait for a good long while before they eventually bring you something cold and sloppy that you didn’t order. You can use the wait to consider your life choices and eventually leave and avoid returning at all costs. It’s definitely more junk food than fast food.

Food was nice and hot, wonderful service from Saif and Uzi. They were so helpful and incredibly polite. The new decor looks so much better. Lovely trip out with my grandson.

The manager (nights) just seems to run around in a stress and gets everybody's orders wrong. Used to enjoy getting a snack after my shift, but I don't think I'll bother any more 😔

As a grandma, one McDonald's is the same as another, but my grandchildren loved it. There was a member of staff creating balloon creatures for a donation to the Ronald McDonald's charity who was amazing.

Ordered online, food wasn't ready also when I got home wasn't what I ordered. One lady realised I had been waiting to long and chased my order. I think too much effort was being put on chattering among younger staff not work. Shame really as I shop for my grandchildren a lot there. Better luck next time, maybe.
