This is what a fish and chip shop should look like. The food was excellent and so was the customer service. We will definitely be coming back here. Best fish n chips in hinckley

When you see the server warming a large sausage up in a microwave for another customer didn't fill me with much confidence.... We made a large order 4 cod and chips, roe, sausage mushy peas and 2 curry sauces and one small battered sausages, the mushy peas weren't mushy at all and we're one of the most disgusting I've ever tried, the fish was tasty but very cold, chips quite tasty however which saved it from just a ⭐

You won’t find better fish n chips anywhere. Outstanding! 10/10

I've just eaten the best fish, chips and mushy peas that I've had in a long long time. My Carer fetched them for me it was pot luck to where she went too , it had to be one that was enroute to coming back to me. It took them about 20mins to get them back to me, but all 3 components were piping hot, absolutely delicious . I know everything has gone up in price but these were worth every penny. I was so happy I rang up and told them . They've made my day.

Just been down for some food. This site says your open but upon getting to the chip shop sign on door says closed until the 5 of Jan. Please update your web site so that customers know. Many thanks

Not the best. The fish lacked flavour and was dry. The batter was not light and crispy. We did get given loads of chips for their portion size. There were lots of people queuing but we won't go again. It was ok. We have had better.

This is my local chippy and as a result I go there fairly regularly. Part of me likes that they cook fish to order, but the "5 minutes for fish, is that ok?" inevitably becomes 10 minutes. You get the impression that this is because they care about the standard of the food, but at the same time you also feel like you've walked in on a family argument that had been put on hold for the sake of appearances. One thing I will say though, they do good batter, and that's compared to other local chip shops with much better reputations. I guess the other places employ people who smile.

Excellent Chip shop, chips were a bit pale in colour, but had a great flavour nice and fluffy inside with decent prices
