Burger King outlet is available in the Food Court arena (3rd floor) of Global Mall. While the staff are polite and courteous, the service needs improvement, especially when there is a long queue of customers.

Disappointed 😞 😞 😞 with my recent visit to Burger King at Global Mall. Despite ordering distinct burgers and fries, we received duplicates. The tomato ketchup was damaged, affecting the overall experience. Regrettably, the taste of the burgers didn't meet expectations. This is the size and quantity of food they have, it's 5rs bun and 5 rs single leaf burger.. no tomato no onion, no proper amount of mayonnaise, looting customers like anything.

The milk shake was good. The burger was ok. The French fries were cold and not crisp.

Firstly we went to order the softy but the staff said that softy is not available after that we ordered a burger fries and a coke mean time we again asked for the softy and it was available what method is this if we are ordering only softy then they refused to give if we order any other item then only they are giving it If so please inform it to customer properly

I had horrible experience with the movie staff The worst over ever seen such disrespectful staff and behave very rudely I don't understand what's with this staff members and why they're so great high with such worst attitude and behaved very rudely towards me especially the manager I don't understand is the protocol here very different from other mall's theatres

The staffs are not at all trained. They don’t even know how to choco dip a softie.
