Love coming here for a quick bite to eat. My husband and I both ordered a sandwich. My sandwich was awesome. The flavors were great and it had plenty of meat and avocado inside of it. My husband had a turkey sandwich which he enjoyed as well.

I’m not one to complain about food being wrong but this was ridiculous! We ordered a pick two with a smoky pepper jack turkey no honey mustard and a Memphian. We also ordered a whole smoky pepper jack turkey with no mustard. We get home and one has mustard on it and the other doesn’t have anything on the sandwich except a piece of meat and some corn on it. We call the store and spoke with a manager and told them what happened. They told us they would remake them and we could come and pick them up. We drove all the way up there again and they didn’t have any bacon but didn’t say anything on the phone when we called. Then they refused to give us a whole refund because the sandwich was missing a few bites. Well yea we bit into it thinking it would be right but it was missing everything on it and had corn on it which the manager said,” idk how that happened because we don’t even sell corn? “ That’s more disgusting knowing they don’t even sell what was on the sandwich they gave us. Never eating there again! Becareful if you do, you never know where the food might have come from

It was my first experience in McAlister's Deli and I liked it. The staff were friendly, the store was clean, and the salad I ordered and the sandwich my husband ordered were all very fresh and tasty :)

Nice alternative to traditional fast food. A wide variety of sandwiches and soups. I prefer the French Dip sandwich with a side of steamed broccoli. I also like the broccoli and cheddar soup. My daughter likes Jalapeño Turkey Crunch.

Very clean and accommodating. Ordered om DoorDash, but could not modify order. Picked up order and asked if they could accommodate no bun or wrap. The representative consulted and made the transition seamless to remake sandwich on a bed of lettuce. I would definitely go back!

Ordered on Doordash. Food was hot when it was delivered and exactly what I ordered. Got a half of French dip with au jus, and a cup of Broccoli and cheddar soup. A bowl of fruit and a bowl of tomato and cucumber salad in vinegarett. Soup was amazing, salad was perfect as well as the sandwich. Thanks for a healthier option. Will order again.

I’m otw to Ft.Stewart, Ga for groceries and I stopped at McAlister’s Deli. I ordered a Pastrami sandwich on wheat with a side of cucumber tomato salad. Well worth $10 I spent. I was so pleased with this light lunch! I am trying to lose weight….skipped breakfast and will probably have soup for dinner. This lunch was perfect!

So the sandwiches are great but if you think this is Mac n cheese you might want to take this off the menu

First time in here, it was rush hour lunch time so given they were under staffed and busy. I waited 20 min for a half sandwich and cup of soup. No spoon in my bag for the soup… location was dirty. But the manager was very apologetic and kind. Food was also good. They just need more staff in there to help.

We had the half and half and the 1/2 sandwich and broccoli soup and chicken tortilla soup the soup was straight out the can into the cup. It was still congealed🤢. The sandwich was thrown together. This is my 2 nd time eating there with the 1st time being bad but I gave it a 2nd chance. Completely nasty‼️

Wasn't impressed! The food was bland with not much effort put into it. And it wouldn't hurt if the employees would smile. And they were kinda expensive!

The food was so good and the people that work there are awesome my wife and I went in for the first time and she was lost didn't know what to do but the gentlemen behind the counter was great he helped my wife and never got upset with her we will be going back soon and often

This place is awesome. Friendly employees good food. Always have my chili. They run out of carrot cake but I understand why. Wife loves it.

The Service Was Good. Once I Placed & Received My Order I Checked My Food Per Usual & Discovered A Piece Of HAIR Folded Into The Cheese & Chicken…. 😑 I Took It Back To The Counter & They Remade It. Which It Seemed As If I Was Only Waiting For Them To Hand Out Other Orders Because The Food Was Cold As Opposed To The First Sandwich & The Cheese Wasnt Melted. Won’t Be Eating Here Again

Everything about McAlister's was amazing in particular there is this lady named Janice she was so sweet, and I loved how she treated her customers, she was the only cashier up there yet she was cleaning, taking orders, and making sure everyone was happy. She was a splendid cashier and I just wanted everyone to know this! 10/10 would recommend

I would give zeros stars if possible. The only decent thing was maybe the cookie….. I ordered the bowl of country potato soup and well…. No potatoes and no flavor at all. Taste like hot water.

The food was good and the atmosphere was comfortable. The employees were nice, but there was really no sense of urgency or direction once the food was ordered. The food portions are large and the prices are reasonable. We are interested in trying more of the menu choices when we go back. They do give a military discount.

Very disappointed!!! Always loved eating here, until today my son ordered a large salad and I ordered a side salad and I was able to get an extra dressing but when I asked for an extra dressing for my son I was told no. Well if they would fill the containers up instead of below half way it would be enough!!!

Upon walking in there was noone at the counter to greet us... then looking around the is a man and 2 children in a booth. The man and 1 of the children were sleeping and the other was playing on some device. We stood there for More than 5 mins before someone came out and acknowledged that we were there. We placed our order and waited on our food. We got our food and left for home. The food was ok. I like this place but I don't think I will be back again.

Sandwich was falling apart and some of the lettuce was brown. They let doordash pick up a partial order and then tried arguing with me about it. So because their employees and doordash are both ignorant my daughters food was not delivered. Dont eat from here. Food isnt that great and the customer service is horrible!

The food was awful at this location. Ordered a hot sandwich that came out cold. It barely had any condiments on it when I asked for more I was told there would be a fee, which would've been fine had the cashier not had an attitude. When I said there was barely any on it she replied with "well is there ANY on it?" Overall experience with this particular location was as awful as Victoria's attitude.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup at 5:45 pm. We arrived at 5:50pm and tapped the I am here on the email. When we pulled up there was another car also waiting in the curbside area where we both sat and waited until 6:30 pm. Finally both myself and the person parked beside me went inside to see what the problem was. I went in through the pick up door where I told the worker I had placed a curbside order and it never came out. The worker said "oh our system is broken and it didn't alert us you were here." I told her I had been waiting a long time outside and she turns to me and says " well if you would've just called I would have known you were here." Uh no where in the confirmation email did it say I had to call inside and besides that how did I know YOUR system was broke??? There was a bunch of bags sitting on the counter and not one person thought "hey our system is down maybe we should check the curbside and see if anyone has arrived yet." I guess I'm supposed to be a mind reader and know that your system is down?? Maybe next time a note on the curbside sign would be helpful!? Our food has sat for quite awhile on the counter and by the time we got it home it was just ok. I am very disappointed in the service at this location.

Never had much of an issue in this location. The prices and portions are decent. The salads are always great and my family love the sandwiches and spuds. I never see much people here now since it opened. We'll be here more often. I don't know if they offer a military discount I forgot to ask but they do have a rewards app.

Used to eat here alot when I was stationed at Stewart, but it has gone down hill. Ordered the New Yorker and it was alot smaller than it used to be. Tasted good, but was alot smaller. Service was good for only having 2 people behind the counter.
