Terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughters 7th birthday party. When I arrived to pick it up they didn’t have it. It was never made - a mistake due to their staffing issues. In the store I was given a premade cake from the freezer just to have something to serve. It was nothing near the custom cake I ordered. They initially told us another cake could be made in 45 min (as the party was that day) but the owner called and said this was not the case. As she’s calling me to tell me about the staffing issues that led to my cake not being made I told her I’m actually at my daughters party and cannot engage her. I told her I would just like a refund. She refused saying that we were given a premade cake so we cannot get our money back. Terrible owner - you should be ashamed of yourself. You did absolutely nothing to right the wrong. This was a child’s birthday party that you impacted. Terrible customer service. To give a refund and a free freezer cake to make up for the mistakes made by your staff is not much to ask. I will never go to this location again.

This Dunkin doesn’t have a drive thru and has a tiny parking lot, so coming here can be a bit of a hassle. It’s also very hit-or-miss, and lately they’ve mostly been missing. I used to like the chai here more than anywhere else, but sometimes they mess it up, or give me something completely different. Last time the coffee tasted terribly sour (both mine AND my boyfriend’s.) I’m not sure what happened there but it’s made me afraid to go back.

Most expensive Dunkin I have ever encountered. Rake you over the coals pricing. If you own this place I get it you think you'll just raise the prices based on food cost or whatever. My experience in SMB would tell you the repeatability of your customers will be low so you are actually costing yourself in the long run.

11am and clearly some of the donuts are from. The last night or something wrong with them , the stuff is ok not bad but the restroom need some maintenance as well even though they keep it looked you need to ask them to open it,

We got a coupon for a free donut from a police man. So we went to Dunkin Doughnuts. Kids were happy and the iced coffee was good!

Stopped in with my wife.We do business in the area and stop often. We had two coffees and two donuts as usual. Coffee was unusually strong(tasted old). My wife asked for a small water and the lady filled a sm. glass but before she could give it to her the owner took it, poured it out and told my wife she had to pay $1.00 for a large cup. They can keep their water, bad coffee and lousy attitude. Could say more but won't.

I was addicted to this place due to convenient location. Came daily. Then one day someone took my coffee I pre-ordered, and they would not replace it. Wanted me to pay another $3. I did the math- I spent over $1200 a year in this place and you can't replace a coffee (Im sure it was a mix up)?? They said no. They lost my business I will never go back.

It's a great place to grab a quick snack.. Thank you guys. 😎😎👍👍

Great Coffey a bit pricey for my taste!

Much respect to the lady who is constantly holding down the fort here by herself, but when customers are in the store for over five minutes before being served, management needs to reach a little deeper into their pockets and hire enough people to run the store the right way. It's not 2021 anymore, and there are employees to be had if you're willing to pay.

Excellent service & made my perfectly latte If would give more then 5 stares

I asked for no sugar and received a coffee loaded with sugar. When I asked for a hot latte I received an iced one. They talk so fast you can not understand them and when I tried to correct my order they walked away from me. Refused to give me the correct drink I ordered. By far the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin.

Lady tried to give me still cold brew when I ordered nitro. Argued it was the same. Requested money back and was forced to take unwanted drink. The drink was stale.

Nothing like DD coffee ☕ and a fresh donut. Still the best coffee I've ever had. Nice selection of breakfast items too.

Such a friendly staff l. The lady at the counter was very warm and inviting. My drink was perfect.

I ordered cold brew coffee, this guy just poured hot on ice for me and by the time I took a sip everything has melted. That was horrible.

I wanted to rate it a five because the gentleman who took my order he was taking other people's orders and the lady that made my order it did not even finish it she just gave me the coffee and that was it he came and he need my avocado toast but it's supposed to be avocado toast it's supposed to be toasted not warm supposed to be a little crispy so unfortunately I cannot write them a five even though he came and he stepped up for his teammate who failed to do her job correctly he even failed because he didn't even toast the avocado toast bread correctly

staff was really nice! even tho they were busy everything i ordered came out super quick.
