The restaurant is good and they have the standard German coffee desk beside the McD desk. The toilets were very dirty.
MC is always good. But my experience from today us very bad at MCD Emden City. It was very full and it was very untidy. Roughly a table was free to seat. All over was rest food packets, as well the dustbins was full till it goes.

I forgot my glasses recently at this place. When I called they not only called me back with confirmation but also offered to send it to me by post. I highly recommend this place for nice service
Terrible service, waiting 20 mins for a coffee, simply unacceptable! No apology or attempt to please the customers here. Never again
Mediocre food as always. However, the bathrooms were relatively nice and we managed to get free mustard sauce packets from the worker. Good stop before getting on the autobahn.
