Seepark is one the most beautiful places in Freiburg where one can find students chilling by the lake. During summers the vibe here is completely different. There's a tower here, from where one can have a nice view especially during sunsets. The lake is pretty huge and is surrounded by students dormitories and playgrounds

I loved seepark so much. During my stay in Freiburg I used to go there nearly everyday. It’s such a nice spot to have a walk or just chill or read by the beautiful lake. For the more adventurous ones you can also jump from the bridge rail and it’s really fun. There are also some performers of equilibrium art and it’s really cool to watch. If you swim there on a rainy day you won’t regret it,is awesome! Easily reachable from the center with a s-bahn it’s the green oasis of Freiburg ! You can’t miss out also the tower,from there there is a splendid lookout

A big and beautiful park. It has a small lake where you can swim and while swimming, you can see turtles. There is also a high platform to see the view of the city and the lake from a higher height. On the other side of this park is a small part of the Japanese park. which has a special beauty. There is a parking lot and you can park your car there for free for 10 hours.

Nice place to chill and take a dip in the summer, close to a kiosk incase u wanna drink or eat efficiently ✨ and amazing view, sadly closed bridge by the time I was there

Seepark is one of the many pleasant places in Freiburg. The Flückigersee is beautiful all around the year and gives a very special feeling when taking a walk around. The students chill in the spring and summer what gives the place a youth vibe. There is also a children playground with water installations.

Seepark is a good place to relax and also have a picnic with friends. The stusie dorms are there that’s why you see a lot of young people there. So much green around and the park is also clean and suitable for kids.

An amazing place for outdoor activities and a quite place for meditation. One can also get detached from the daily hectic schedule to recover and get re-energise with the beautiful nature.

Awesome place to spend a whole day just beside a lake. However, there is a miniature golf course.

Nice place, worth visiting! The local quadball team practices there on Sundays, join them: Black Forest Bowtruckles (fb).

Explore it with a bike from freiburg hbf, is a short distance like 1.5km to Seepark. Seepark is really beautiful and welcomed with some performance, nice place to explore on Sunday.

Nice park with plenty of space to relax and have a picnic. Lake is pretty clear and swimming is permitted. Couple of Playgrounds near by as well as mini golf. Has a loop Trail. Easy parking and EV charging available.

Nice park,nice people. Good place for relax after long day work or sightseeings. You can swim there, have some drinks and see shiny happy people. Nice women too ;-)

FreiburgimBreisgau's major lake, Flückigersee with the park optimal for morning runs, afternoon walks. Swimming and water sports too. There are yellow slider turtles, malard ducks, Egyptian goose and mute swans in the area. There are some unique spots in the park to get the superb sunrise and sunset view. Must visit place in Freiburg. The seeparkturm also provides an aerial view of the park and lake.

Beautiful place for any hoyr of the day. One can jog around the lake, walk, train at the fitness bars, dance, have something at the cafés, swim, ride bicycles and much more. Indeed, a Lovely and Lively place.

Lovely lake and grounds, very pretty in spring. Very kind man who runs the boat hire. The mini-golf is fun, even if a few of the holes are quite hard! We spent a whole day here with kids and it was great in sunny weather.

Wonderful place to be during summers. Go for a walk, jogging, swimming, or any water sport. There's also a food open restaurant:) the lake is full of life!

I just love this place. It's very near to where I live. I go here often for an evening walk. It's peaceful at night. Very crowded in summer. It's especially peaceful when it rains. My favourite thing to do is to take a walk in the rain, go to the bridge and watch the lake with your favourite music on. The Park is very big. People come here to enjoy the beautiful evenings, swim in summer, do yoga or work out in the morning or for a run/ jog. It is open all the time. You can come here anytime, any day of the month. There is also a cafe by the lake and a Japanese garden nearby. Unfortunately, the Japanese garden is not open all day. You can also go up the tower and see the beautiful view of the lake. One can also see the sunrise on a clear day.

If you go up to the tower you can also get a nice view of the mountains from here.

We had a beautiful day on this lake. Got a good tan in the morning, used the chance for spontaneous swimming, which was great. Everyone is doing its own thing, pretty cool, nice people around. Highly recommend in Freiburg.

An evocative place, surrounded by nature, bathed by this lake where you can admire the beauty and elegance of the swans. I highly recommend it as an experience

Nice nature park next to city center

Beautiful spot, lovely big park for kids and dogs! We managed with a small caravan just had to unhitch. It is a carpark... however we enjoyed our night

Best park in the Freiburg. Quite the scenic plus the view from top is really good if you like to watch sunrise or sunset.

A big park with a lake where you can swim (if you want! :) There are restaurants, mini-golf, and a rental boat. A nice place to spend a peaceful afternoon not far from town centre.
