The worst Hotel experience I have ever had here. The staff were not co-operative. The receptionist don't know how to behave. She lacks basic communication skills.

This the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Pathetic ... We booked two rooms here #403 #404 ... We checked in dated 07.09.2021(6:30pm) ... Flush of toilet was malfunctioning ... I reported to the manager ... He somehow managed the situation at that time ... Worst was yet to come ... In the morning there was no water in the washroom ... Not even in washbasin ... Aah such nightmare in the morning. Do not opt for this hotel if you visit Ranchi ... The hotel is pathetic.

It's okay type budget friendly hotel near hinoo chowk close to Birsa munda Airport Ranchi ...

The place is a little away from the railway station but is close to the airport. The place is neat and tidy. The place is also very economical I did s direct check in as I was unable to find any hotel reservations online for this date as I had decided to stay longer. The direct check in costed me 1200 and the hotel also had a restaurant which served a good meal and it again wasn't to highly priced. So yes definitely do check this place out.

Yesterday I visit this hotel in timing 8:30PM for stay but "Hotel Reception man" who is sitting there, her tone of taking and behaviour and understanding knowledge is not Good ......sooo sad for this hotel...

Totaly worst type hotel and even they also take for drinking water with exclude hotel price, my suggesting to every one don't go there

Don't book through Oyo app as they refuse to give rooms for discounted tariff if booked on Oyo app and hotel tells you this only after you reach the premises to check in. Lots of time and effort is wasted in this process. i had to book directly from the hotel and pay the tariff they demanded as I was having a tight schedule to attend a meeting. Room was nice but there was no wifi signal in my room at ground floor though they have a working wifi. Overall it was not a good experience

Room and bathroom are fair-sized, with adequate furniture. TV and Geyser are there. The hotel has ok lifts. And besides these there're nothing else. The complementary breakfast menu shows 6 alternatives, but they serve only puri-sabji everyday and proudly say that anything else on the complementary menu can be had on payment only. Paid lunch was also very ordinary. To top it all, there was no water in the morning on 28th Nov 2023 (i.e. yesterday) and despite crying and pleading, they failed to provide even a bucket of water for more than 3 hours, yet kept us reminding that we need to vacate early as next guests are waiting. It was abominable and I suspect they kindly offered us a bucket of water at 11.15am mostly as an incentive so that we may vacate at the appointed hour of 12.00pm (noon). I stayed here for 2 days as part of a marriage party and vacated the premises at least 10 minutes earlier than 12 noon. I should've rated them 1* but gave them 2*s because, at least the room was decent. So, stay here if you don't need any service and can manage your mornings without water (by the way, they don't have toilet paper in the toilet, beware!).

Nice stay.... clean hygenic room....bed roll and wash room clean hygenic.value for money.good food and nice friendly staff.

The hotel receptionist's behavior is extremely bad.

Room service not so good

No room service available. No one picking your call at reception. Hotel authority does not provide mineral water at room. If you want mineral water even one bottle in a day then they are charged extra. Room rent INR1200 for single which is very high without any room service. Dirty and small rooms. Receptionist is a non-professional person. Dirty water comes in bathroom tap like drain water with bad odor. Don't waste your money to stay in this hotel. Worst hotel I have ever seen.
