Very bad experience from this dharshala , our 22 person family with 3 kids came with phone call booking at 2.30 am midnight, refuse to alloted room only bcz we r digambar jain. Request to all digambar jain people never go to this place.

They must have to think if single girl who is Hindu and come at your place for stay. It's your responsibility to give her a place for Stay, I ask them to allow me to stay at night. They told me go to AK road there is Patel dharamshala and not allow me to stand there for a single minute.

Clean and neat place to stay exact opposite to surat station. U need ur address photo id proof for each one who are going to stay

Temple is beautiful....location is good...They should make 24 hrs check out time atleast in this pandemic day for single sadharmik jain men who visit surat for business purpose.

The administrative uncle seems to be very rude. I stayed here for 3 days. Rooms are good but you can only stay if you are a swethamber Jain. Additionally my family people were arriving late night he didn't even let me go out to pick them up from railway station. He says this is against the rules mentioned & feel free to checkout.

Very nice rooms & temple is very nice. Good location and All food available in surrounding area. Textile market, Dimond market are very near from this dharmasala. Railway station is opposite site of it & all types of bus services are nearly waking distance. Really very nice place for staying for swetamber jain people.

Very bad experience Only Jain Dharm members are allow here at least for single girl they must have to think about how she manage to stay at night in different city. I don't about Jainism but if Arihant ji lived he never did such thing with any Hindu.

It's very good place to stay. But bhojanshala is not there, so we need to arrange food from outside. It's great place to stay for a day or 2.

My family reached at 11pm and asked for a room. The people are very rude for an establishment of this kind. They are not at all well spoken and did not allow for 4 people to stay in one room. They insisted on booking two rooms and my family had to go someplace else at 11:45pm (after trying to work things out with management). I will ask people to not rely on this place for your stay. Please make other arrangements prior to travelling to Surat.

This Dharamshala is stayed in front of railway station so you can easily find this . This is jain Dharamshala . Rooms are small & conjusted,but rooms are very clean . price of rooms are little expensive.food facilities are not available here.there is also temple.lift is available,R.O. water for drinking.locker facility for storing luggages.you have to carry one lock for room.

It is a very nice place for the people belonging to Jain community taking a long transit journey via Surat. Located few hundred metres from Surat Railway Station. locker system is available. Rooms are not available at 11th hour, so it's better to get one booked earlier. Keep a photo copy (xerox) of ID card which is required at reception.

Good facilities. 10 am check out ⌚ Jain temple inside dharamshala, No bhojanshala available, you can find good restaurants nearby with jain food available.

Staff is not at all co-operative especially the lady on the front desk. She is not capable of handling even 3-4 customer at time. Management need to ensure that people working knows how to talk to customers.The lady needs to be changed. The members contributing for dharamshala should know how the management is running the place in absence of them. For service even they don't deserve 1 star. With all due respect Sir, totally agreed with you that one need to and should follow the rules but we also cannot ignore the fact that majoirty of the reviews as seen only mentions about the complaints regarding staff behaviours and not the dharamshala.

This place is very near to station just 2 mins walking. Stay is too neat & clean.

Very Rude Staff & Manager They don't have manners to talk also , No parking , Even they don't care about Children & Senior citizens, Pls don't go , Better to Go At Hotels Near by.

Very bad experience they charged us for AC rooms we took 4 rooms as we were family of 11 people but only onl1 rooms ac was working & even after complaining they didn't bother even to check but charged full amount of A c room

They won't pick your call midnight even if there is some emergency. Being a Jain this is so disappointed that our own place & people do not help us in midnight.

No room for other Jains rather than Swetambar ..

Worst staff.. even we showed our id of being jain still there was two lady on office desk they deny for rooms and mis behave with my friend.. manager was not there

0 rating is not possible i guess ,no proper guide is shown by authority , rooms are empty but they(authority) keep on telling that room are full and authorities keep on telling to book the premium room to stay which are expensive

Only best for business man and night stay....not for tourist....no proper ventilation, no food facilities, not tea coffee arrangements, door lock also not provided by dharmashala.... Located closed to railway station area....so very bad food available near this location....so may be lot of health problem come during visit....please care ful regarding foods and contct
