Praveen sir and his team is best. I have done 500 hours USA yoga alliance Teachers training course with PYA. I first initially started practicing yoga by watching YouTube channel of Praveen sir. But after that I have done YTTC. But after doing this course I have understood the yogic postures and asanas more deeply. I am very much satisfied and happy under the guidance of Praveen sir and his team..we have become a family. I would highly recommend to do YYTC or any course under Praveen sir.

I highly recommend Praveen yoga Academy for any level of yoga training (beginner/intermediate/advanced). Mansi is a very energetic trainer and Praveen sir is very knowledgeable who observes, guides and motivates us to improve consistently without stress/pain. His way of explanation on what movement/alignment is right and what is wrong is commendable. I have learnt a lot of corrections to my yoga poses which I was never aware of before. PY academy is an amazing platform for beginners to advanced yoga learning practitioners .Teaching faculty provided for YTTC students was excellent especially with Praveen sir and Mansi mam.
