Even in online classes Master Jai observes every one and points out the mistakes of any . The instructions are very easy to follow and both in English and Hindi . Master demonstrates each and every pose and will also teach you the variations for beginners or advanced practitioners.... I can just keep going on and on and on about how good it is .... I was looking to be a part of JAI YOGA ACADEMY from past few months. But was unable to contact Sir. I have watched there youtube videos , which inspired me a lot to learn from JAI YOGA ACADEMY . I am planning for YOGA Teacher Training , so at first I enrolled basic monthly class. And I am very very happy with the class . Highly recommend yoga class ever . You can learn a lot from here . Online classes are going really smooth . I am looking forward for teacher training also.

Jai yoga academy online courses are really useful and the master is more helpful in making us perform the asana properly. Their pranayama course is also useful and the classes are very regular and the master's dedication is well appreciated. Hoping to learn more in future.
