25/8 was my engagement ceremony, Benquet hall the esse hotel. management is zero, staff behaviour is not good, The manager doesn't have any knowledge at all. We had to get every work done by speaking again and again. Such management is zero here, The manager with whom the party was booked disappeared that day,

This looks like a compact place from outside, but is much spacious inside. The rooms are good in terms of space and interiors. Wi fi is available 24x7. The food is very good, less oily and less spicy. A variety of North Indian, South Indian and Chinese cuisine options are available to order. The menu is pocket friendly. Much attention is paid towards cleanliness and hygiene. The Banquet hall is compact, useful for small gatherings or functions. The interiors are good but the location is not good at all. Its located in a busy market under the flyover. The market too is not that good. The parking space is very small and needs improvement.

We booked this hotel for a party me and friends stayed here it was a pretty nice experience rooms were very pretty good. The price was a bit expensive as at this price point you can get a very premium hotel in other cities but it was good 🥰

The Hotel is good, located in the mid of the city. Breakfast and foods are very good in taste and quantity. Positive: Staff behavior is very good soft in nature. Services are good. Breakfast and food are awesome. Spacious room. Hospitality is good. Negative: Should use pest control, refrigerator should be on running condition, Commode jet or telephonic should be proper running condition, in some rooms water leakage issue in the bathroom. But overall it is in good condition.

Mark my words.....This is one of the best hotel of hisar. Their prices are also reasonable. Rooms/Washrooms and beddings are clean and tidy. Food price is slightly higher side but else all things are very good. I will stay again.

Don't book or waste your money in this hotel the staff Mr. Garav & Harish behaviour is rude. And asking un athical money for different reasons. They will demand you higher price then deal with you because when you reach their the crowd hotel surrounded you & you will stuck their and you dont have any other choice. If denied for things and argue they given therd to call police and make pressure & harassment on you

Baoji Resturant here serves good food. Also Rooms in Esse hotel are premium.

Have to improve thier services in cleaning and changing bedsheets ,cleaning bathrooms. The food is awesome and the staff are very courteous .

First time i stayed in this hotel for 2 night. Magnificent room, fabulous service and amazing food. I have been come to hisar for past one year and stayed in many renowned hotel of the city. This hotel fulfilled all my desire with most affordable price. Highly recommend. As I am a corporate client this visit every month and hence forth the esse is only place where I will stay.
