More publicity Less services. Yes the above sentence fits for Sapra Hospital Hisar. They are more interested in billing you rather taking care of patients. There billing amount was wrong and i got to know about two injections which were billed but not injected to the patient. I had to get them removed from the billing amount. The behaviour of staff is rude, arrogant unpleasant. I am giving three stars just because the Doctor gave us enough time, listened to us, given proper advice. PS: I can share the details of my experience if someone require.

Spra Hospital is the best hospital in Hisar, and I'm also doing job here. Every Doctors and staff are very co-operative.

Just the worst hospital in hisar... They will keep charging more and more money on more and more nonsense tests...many of the doctors are not present at their working time... they will keep you waiting ignoring your health...and mainly non of the staff is cooperating.. just think before you!!

Staff behaviour not exceptable, law is equal for hospital, it's staff as well as to patients and it's attendent, but the staff feels that they have the only right to behave rude verbal talks with the attendent of the patient

This is an old hospital located near court on Rajgarh Road, Hisar. Majority of patients are ECHS or Ayushman card holder and hospital treat them accordingly.  Some of the doctors are really qualified. This hospital lacks in cleaning, hygiene and hospitality. Level of hygiene is that none of common, private room or ward toilets have basic amenities like Handwash or soap. No facility of hot water in wards even in December January. Doctors visits wards occasionally. Most of the times they treat patients on phone. Some of the ward attendants are very lethargic and unprofessional. They even record false vitals to save time. Although reception and OPD area is well maintained but other than that maintenance is very poor. Food and  bedding arrangements are below average. Recommend for OPD only.

The worst staff or nurses and compunders I have seen ever . They dont know how to deal with patient. If you want yourself or you near ones alive , then never go for this hospital.

Hospital is good in facilities, now please focus on my words, the most important thing in a hospital is staff and nursing on which you leave and rely for your loved ones. Third class nursing service in ICU. If your patient is in ICU with this hospital, please find some other reliable hospital for your loved ones. Staff has No sense of talking with patients, no care for patients. Please I request to all people never ever thought of admitting your loved ones here atleast. Good wishes for all people.

Very Bad management Very Bad Sanitary Not even a single Water dispenser and if any there, Water Is very bad in a taste Staff behaviour is very bad Each staff is think that he/she is owner of the hospital Each staff behavior is not acceptable. Even if any blood test there, they can proceed in tha gallery they don't think that if anyone passing from beside they can touch that person . This behaviour is very bed and experience is very bad. Hospital need to take care of management of everything.
