It is a big park in Model Town area of Hisar.The park has lots of swings and rides for kids.There is greenery everywhere.The park is almost always buzzing with people especially in the evenings.There are few ice cream and chuski stalls outside the park.The various fountains installed in the park are non functional at present which is a bit of a dampener.The park is not disable friendly.There is only limited parking outside the park which is free and parking is actually a problem on holidays and weekends.

The park is tribute to Tau Devilal who has served as Deputy Prime minister of India, also Chief minister of Haryana and is often considered as "Messiah of Farmers" due to his policies for farmers. The park is well maintained and contains hammock for children as well work out equipment for adults and is located at the heart of Hisar. A lot of people visit here for morning and evening walk.

Small park. Parents should watch out for Swing (Jhula). There is always chance of kids getting hurt when someone is on the swing and other kid move backside.

Good part ,well maintained . Environment feels very soothing. Love to visit early morning. Surrounding is also good.

Biggest park in hisar, poor cleanliness, poor lightning, no rest room, no emergency medical facilities provided, not a place to visit in summers and rainy season, lot of mosquitoes, you can find street dogs walking and barking around, average place for picnic. You can buy toys for kids and snacks. Parking is not safe.

I keep getting a chance to go to this park, the atmosphere here is very good, everyone comes to the park in the morning and evening.

Everything is perfect, but don't try washroom, washroom is very dirty, Seems like that never cleaned till now.

It's a good place. Avoid late night visits. Everything else is good. Maintenance is also good.
