I
went
for
a
trial
both
hot
yoga
and
hot
stone
spa.
The
experience
was
good
and
I
am
actually
about
to
register
as
a
member.
I
can
speak
conversational
nihongo
but
if
talking
about
membership
plans,
esp
with
lock-in
period,
I
need
to
make
sure
of
the
fine
details.
Then
the
experience
was
ruined
by
this
RUDE
staff
who
tried
to
explained
to
me
plans
and
pushing
me
to
include
the
option
for
unlimited
water
which
I
don’t
really
need.
Though
it
is
understandable
to
sell
add-ons,
what
made
me
off
is
the
rudeness
of
this
staff
who
looks
irritated
in
explaining
the
plans
IN
JAPANESE
and
making
eye-contacts
to
fellow
staff
and
then
WALKED
OUT
even
we
are
not
yet
finished
with
the
inquiry
about
the
membership
plans.
Even
knowing
that
I
am
a
foreigner,
she
didn’t
even
made
an
effort
to
speak
slowly
in
Japanese
and
I
was
trying
my
best
to
understand
but
then
she
showed
a
rude
attitude
which
is
clearly
a
bad
customer
service.
I
am
not
looking
or
expecting
for
an
English-speaking
staff
here
as
it
is
not
my
first
time
to
join
a
gym
or
an
activity
membership
here
in
Japan
with
staff
accommodating
me
using
Japanese
language
but
only
here
I
experienced
rudeness.
Better
look
to
another
hot
yoga
studios
such
Lava
and
Loive
as
they
have
nicer
staff
and
good
hot
yoga
progams
