    You can train well for 9 rounds of 3 minutes while applying pressure. 10 if you put in the mitt? I sweat a lot. It's a mix of boxing moves and dumbbell training. Also, being able to hold mitts makes it feel like I'm boxing. I think it's cheap even though it's a pressurized type.

    I am satisfied that the quality of my sleep has improved due to the pressure. It's semi-personal so I can work hard without being too hard on myself, which is great.

    Even if you don't have time or don't like exercise, you can easily attend. I've failed at various gyms so far, but I think I'll continue here.

    Until I was in my 20s, I would train for about 2 hours at a regular gym, but in my 30s I couldn't stay motivated and found it troublesome to think of a training menu. At PPBOX, you can train in a fun and efficient manner with a rich menu, 30 minutes, and KAATSU!

    I worked out for 30 minutes and even though I don't sweat much (maybe I have a bad metabolism?), I sweated a lot! It's only been a month since I started, so I haven't seen any dramatic results, but I want to continue using it twice a week!

    I have no experience in boxing, but the trainer will teach you from the beginning, so it's easy for beginners to start. Since it is circuit training while applying pressure, you can burn fat in a short time, so it is easy to get results in a short time, so even busy people can easily attend, so it is recommended.

    I attended the course four times for about a month after it opened. It's pretty tough because I don't get enough exercise on a daily basis, but it's only 30 minutes, so even though I'm busy and don't have the energy, I still manage to have fun!

    I sweat as much as I ran a 10km marathon in 30 minutes, so I think it's effective! We also have a rich boxing menu, so be sure to relieve stress!

    You can do KAATSU training and boxing as well, so even just 30 minutes can be quite hard and sweaty. I've just started, so I haven't noticed any changes in my weight or anything, but I think I'll keep doing it because it's fun once I start.
