ここは私を含め身内も何度かお世話になっていて良くしてもらったこともありますが、それを加味した上で総括して『ダメ病院』の部類だと思います。
簡単に言えば親切でない。
初めて利用する人は見るもの全てが馴染みでは無いものです。働いている人は当たり前ですがホームになります。
患者を含め利用者はアウェイの環境になります。
ローカルルールは分かりませんので当然、聞きます。聞くしかありません。いちいち聞かれたくないなら皆が困りそうな事を皆で考えて掲示すればよい。
それをやらずに面倒な顔をするのは何故だ?
ナースセンターでは呼んでも人はいるのに反応なし。一番近くわずか3m先に携帯をイジってる医師らしい男性が…、目が合ったのに無視。『おい!誰か居ないのかよ!』と言わんばかりに周りをキョロキョロしてから更に無視。そしてまた携帯をイジる。
結局、遠くにいた若い人が反応し対応していただきました。
別件でもナースも同じ対応でした。
これは長年の不健康な環境での生活より「医療に携わるという希望に満ち溢れた」健全だった心が悪化し癌化してしまった不治の病だと思われます。
若手の人や会計の方は周りを見てさっと声を掛けていただき親切丁寧でした。
でも、いずれ環境に流され遺伝で病に掛かるのかと思うと哀しくなります。
2022/09、24人目の方に役に立ったと評価をいただきました。
命を扱っている以上、救える人救えなかった人もいるでしょう。そういう感情的なことではなく、来院される方に対して今すぐできる簡単なことを、まだ誰もやってないんだという事で24人目の方が評価をせれたのだと思います。未だにそういう体制なんだという事には虚しく感じます。
