Staff were very kind. Installations a little bit old、however mattress was very comfortable. Cleanliness also very good. The only downside are that many customers manners were not good. Even asked to wear mask、 many ignored it at the buffet. I am rating 5 stars because it isn't the hotel's fault. Recommend it if you want to stay at an inexpensive clean hotel with a good bed, and kind staff.

Double room was bad. Torn furniture, and stains on the wall. Bathroom was clean. That's the only redeeming feature. Booking said there was a view. Unless you like looking at buildings, not much of a view.

Great hotel right by Hitachi station Stayed up next night for a business trip. Starting in the lobby the hotel is very appealing. Clean and well decorated with a very comfortable feel. The room was a bit dated but the bed very comfortable and the bathroom larger than typucal Japanese. It would be nice to have an outlet closer to the bed but I was able to use the outlet in the desk fine. There are lots of interesting looks ng izakaya nearby. I did not get to try any but I would definitely go back to this are of Hitachi to see what is around.

Friendly staff & excellent breakfast, could be one of the best hotels in this quiet & clean town.
