４℃といえば、ジュエリー関連としては、とても有名なブランドですが、よくデパートの宝飾品コーナーにあると思ってましたが、専門店が宇都宮にあると思いませんでした。
宇都宮駅前のトナリエの二階にある店舗型のお店でした。
ブライダル専門のお店、ということで、入店すると、中央に口の字形に指輪類が並んでおり、壁側にはとても座り心地の良さそうなソファが、個別ブース的に置いてあり、ある程度進むと商談はこちらでやるようです。
今回は、結婚10周年ということで、妻に指輪を買おうと思い伺いました。
入ってすぐに店員さんが対応してくれて、とても丁寧に付き合ってくれました。
やはり、こういうサービスは真心がなにより大事だと思いますし、お客さん一人一人に、丁寧に背景も含めて話していただけるので、自分が贈りたいもののイメージをあまり外さずに選んでもくれました。
平日に訪問したので、問題なかったのですが、休日は予約制とのことで、次回訪問についても予約してくれました。
当日は担当の方がいらっしゃらないようですが、家族にも会いたいということも言っていただけるくらい、近くで対応してくれます。
そういう接客が好きではない人は多いと思いますが、話すことが好きな人なら、いいお店と感じるのではないでしょうか。
多店舗が入るデパートで選ぶのもいいですけど、1店に絞って選んでいくなら、こういうお店もいいと思います。
