Nice walk way by the river though there's no big trees around except for one. It's unbearable to walk around in the sun even at 9am. Would be much nicer and more pleasant if there are more trees and shades as a real park. There's more than enough concrete around, the park needs more trees!

This area of the riverbank has been redone with lovely open lawns and paved walkways. Lovely place now to stroll or jog along the riverside. A great improvement.

Only 15k/ticket to a port in District 2. The river view at night is quite stunning. It’s a recommendation for the tourists in HCMC

We went at night after Tet holiday. However, there was quite crowded. The staff asked us to order and showed or bill in order to get access the parking. ( I guess so many ppl parked there to go around 😅) at night, it was windy and cool. I REALLY LIKE THIS ATMOSPHERE 😍 They didn't check body 's temperature, so I was a bit worried.

This is a nice park to walk around by the river. It looks like it’s better to come at night since it’s cooler and the lightings are nice.

The Bach Dang Wharf also known as Ben Bach Dang is best place to witness the Ho Chi Minh city's skyline including the Landmark 81. We took a waterbus ride from Saigon waterbus station to reach this place. The return tickets costs 30,000 VND. We took the 4.30pm waterbus to reach there and were able to witness the best sights of the city. The sun started setting once we reached there and this could help us click amazing pictures. It comprises of circular gardens which forms the centrepiece of the waterfront on the banks of Saigon river. You will find street food stalls as well as the information centre once you step down of the waterbus. It is one of the most popular destination for locals as well as the tourist visiting Saigon.

Just along the Saigon River. It is a popular greenbelt for wedding 💍 photos taking venue. I witnessed two happy pairs. Congratulations! Besides that, lots more people were exercising there, myself included. There is jogging path, some pre-built exercise equipment. The only thing is you'd better be there early. When the office commuters by motorbikes and cars start, you'll sleep the strong gasoline smell. How early? I asked a local. 7am is not early😁

Located along the Sai Gon River, Bach Dang Wharf Park has established itself as a renowned gathering spot, particularly during weekends and holidays, due to its captivating and accessible setting. This expansive park caters to a diverse audience, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment, appealing to children, youngsters, and families alike. Nestled in the city center, the park enjoys proximity to various contemporary architectural marvels and iconic landmarks. These include the People’s Committee headquarters of Ho Chi Minh City, the Nguyen Hue pedestrian mall, Nha Rong Wharf, the Thu Ngu flagpole, the Thu Thiem urban area, the Landmark 81 skyscraper, and the Bitexco building, among others.

It's nice to see the crowd and the calmness from here. When the day is very hot, we can barely find place to hide from the sun hehe. Still so good.

My family and I stayed in this park for 20 minutes while waiting for our taxi to arrive. The time spent there was very relaxing and somewhat peaceful after the epic boat journey from Vung Tau. I will visit this park again probably next time I catch the boat from Ho Chi Minh to Vung Tau.

I'm Tired.....Oh mirror in the sky, what is love? Can the child within my heart rise above?! Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?! Can I handle the seasons of my life?!.. See goodbye Saigon..... #Missing the autumn in Saigon🍂

It's really clean, and the temperature is really nice, and you can tell the difference the moment you walk into this park. And standing here, you get beautiful view of the Landmark 81 and the skyscrapers around it, as well as the Thu Thiem 2 bridge (it will probably be renamed Ba Son bridge in the future). Overall, really nice, I recommend going here.

Great park in the middle of the city. A very good place to rejuvenate and calm down, take a walk, exercise or whatever. The river flowing in the side is clean which adds extra beauty to the place. Park is nice, clean and safe. There are kids play zones as well.

Nice park. Lots of flowers and benches to sit. Plenty of coffee shops and restos in and nearby. The area is usually packed with people in the afternoon. Best place to watch sunset. Had our new Year's Eve here and it was an amazing 15 minutes spectacular fireworks display. The whole area was packed.

Boat ride was fine but the ticketing is a joke. You must arrive 2 hours before the trip to buy your tickets. You cannot buy tickets for specific times online. I was hoping that this would work more like the water taxi in Bangkok, hop on and hop off a boat leaving every 5 minutes, but this boat leaves every 2 hours. Hopefully in the future it will be less of a tourist attraction and more of a way of transport.

Found on a wander in ho chi mihn city... Stretches from the riverfront(across the bust road) to the statue of ho chi mihn at the top. Surrounded by modern hotels and cafes, and run down shacks. A few art pieces along the way. High end shops like cartier and chopard at the top, near the statue.

It is in good condition. You can also see the high-rise buildings in Ho Chi Minh City. One problem. I want the toilets to be enhanced.

Small spot to stop for a break in the shade, unfortunately the water fountain isn't working so it gets quite hot near the road. There is no view of the water from there as the yacht club is blocking the view.

I don't know why this place has that name bc it's a boat station to travel on river around Saigon. Don't have any flowers there.

Nestled in the bustling heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Ben Bach Dang Park is a true urban oasis that offers respite from the city's energetic chaos. During my recent visit, I discovered that this park is not just a green escape, but a well-maintained sanctuary where nature, culture, and relaxation beautifully converge. Located in the city center, Ben Bach Dang Park is easily accessible by both pedestrians and vehicles. It's a great place to stop by while exploring the city's attractions. Ben Bach Dang Park is a hidden treasure in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. It provides a delightful blend of natural beauty, cultural significance, and recreational opportunities. Whether you're looking for a tranquil place to unwind, explore Vietnamese culture, or enjoy a family outing, this park has it all. Its riverside setting is a unique feature that adds an extra layer of charm. For those seeking a peaceful break from the city's vibrant chaos, Ben Bach Dang Park is an absolute must-visit.

Rather neglected and sad, its position is good, but it needs renovation. Today (February) all the cafés were closed and in need of repair. Good views of both modern Saigon and its river.

Great infrastructure overlooking the Saigon River. Quite hot in the sun - bring a hat and water bottle. No official seats with back rest. However, what seams to be never ending stone cubes that act as seating. Nice area to observe the river, watch the boats, water flowing and overlook the city. A few shaded areas or water points would be ideal.

It's a pretty nice place to hangout in the afternoon. But beware of the "students" trying to get your attention and ask you to support them with the charity activities by selling tiny unbranded bottles of drink. How much they are, you asked, priceless, depends on how you trust them and your kindness.

the place has gained a lot since the last renovation, unfortunately some shade spending trees could have further improved the overall impression
