I
wish
the
attitude
of
the
host
would
have
been
as
good
as
the
room
&
facilities
When
you’re
staying
in
a
homelike
hostel
like
this
one,
the
energy
of
your
host
can
effect
your
stay
A
LOT!
As
they
are
an
essential
part
of
the
location.
First
things
first
:
The
room
was
beautiful
&
clean
!
One
of
the
best
showers
and
a
cozy
minimalist
feel.
The
kitchen
area
is
welcoming
too
and
the
roof
is
a
hidden
gem!
The
first
floor
is
hectic
&
mostly
used
as
the
work
space
/
store
of
the
hosts.
Let’s
talk
about
attitude
-
I’ll
start
with
the
good
:
the
girl
was
so
kind!
Helpful
and
genuinely
nice!
That’s
all
I
expect
from
a
host.
Needs
improvement:
dude
YOU
GOT
AN
ATTITUDE!
You
could
kind
of
guessed
it
from
previous
comments
when
he
replies
something
like
'sorry
I
thought
you’re
one
of
those
American
Vietnamese
that
aren’t
fluent
in
Vietnamese
so
I
spoke
to
you
English'
Our
experience
could
have
been
so
much
better
if
he
would
give
us
the
helpful
advice
and
drop
the
judgy
options!
I
am
a
very
sarcastic
person
but
*with
my
friends!*
as
someone
who
is
giving
service
you
should
pick
a
more
positive,
helpful,
hopeful
approach!
For
example-
we
asked
about
busses?
Reply:
WE
DONT
USE
BUS
HERE
JUST
TAKE
A
GRAB!
(Know
it
all
tone)
So
we
did,
just
to
discover
later
that
the
bus
is
very
easy
to
use,
it
might
take
10%
more
of
the
ride
time
but
cost
you
90%
less!!!
That’s
huge!
And
important
to
tell
your
guests.
Another,
I
asked
for
some
advice
for
restaurants/
specific
dishes
he
can
recommend
that
are
chicken
or
beef
based
as
I
don’t
eat
pork
&
seafood
-
the
answer
was
WOW
THAN
YOULL
BE
STRANDED
IN
VIETNAM
GOOD
LUCK
haha!
(Mocking
tone)
Come
on,
those
remarks
stayed
with
me
those
2
days
of
our
stay
echoing
in
my
mind
-this
will
be
a
hard
experience
for
you,
Vietnam-
Last
but
not
least,
even
though
he
had
an
attitude
issue
he
did
helped
when
requested
and
for
me
it’s
so
important
to
show
gratitude!
So
I
made
sure
to
come
and
say
thank
you
for
the
help
etc-
of
course
he
was
too
busy
working
on
the
computer
to
accept
my
words,
a
bit
rude
don’t
you
think
?
P.s
-
you
might
want
to
reply
a
self
righteous
defensive
answer
repeating
once
again
that
you
used
to
live
in
Europe
and
that
I
lack
sense
of
humor.
Spare
it.
Take
this
as
a
conservative
criticism
and
observe
your
behavior,
your
place
and
your
girlfriend
(even
the
dog)
have
a
beautiful
and
clean
energy
-
maybe
it’s
time
to
work
on
yours?
