Excellent experience from beginning to end. Beautiful, relaxing and very clean premises. The manager was very knowledgeable and same for the therapist. The treatment was very good especially the facial massage. So relaxing, highly recommend. The only observation I'd make is that they are a little too pushy on the upselling. It's great to know about promotions and services, but it can also feel overwhelming and not the best approach for foreign clients. Other than that, a great experience. Will definitely return.

I have lymphedema and wanted to start taking care of myself so before getting to HCM I googled lymphatic drainage massage and found Mayu. Very clean and beautiful clinic. Good air conditioning and the massage was top quality. If you drank in the days prior be warned you will feel sick after because this kind of massage releases the toxins back into your body (normal) so definitely keep that in mind!

I had the most amazing lymphatic/detox massage here. One of the best massages I’ve had in a while and I came from Bali where I had massages a lot. This was recommend to me by a girlfriend who lives locally and I couldn’t support her recommendation more. Highly recommend!

Cozy and pristine Japanese spa tucked in behind the hustle and bustle of D1 busy streets. It was like an oasis. The skin technicians were knowledgeable and suggested treatments based on their assessment of my skin. I could feel and see the difference my facial made. I will definitely return again. It was a wonderful experience.

Perhaps I came with high expectations after seeing so many good reviews…. Walked in to check out and happened to be their lull period so was given a slot immediately. Was assigned a room with another lady doing suction… it was irritatingly noisy! The lady therapist was ok on the face except her massage was not smooth flow; her stroke was weak and superficial - especially neck and shoulder. Overall, not a good customer experience.

I was looking for something a little more thorough than a basic facial here in Vietnam, without going to a full medspa. Mayu offered just that! I ended up getting an aqua peel and lymphatic drainage massage. The prices are a little higher than some other spas but you get what you pay for and well worth it. Highly recommend it :)

They tailored the facial to my skin type, and the calming atmosphere enhanced the overall experience. My skin looked and felt noticeably smoother afterward. Had a great deep cleansing facial with AHA peeling and a few days later a face renewal. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facial was very relaxing and my face feels a lot more glowy and smooth.

Managed to book a last min slot before my flight. Took the aqua peeling facial. Service was great, the massage was the best one yet. Worth your money

The therapist skill was awesome. Finally find a place where they didnt try to break my bone. 60mins relaxation massage was really worth it. I like how it was gentle rather than aggressive pressure. The place was clean and smell good. I fell asleep few times during the session. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Honest review, The girls were very nice; professional and sweet. But I came out with oily face I couldn’t stand the sunscreen cream very sticky and oily had to remove. We do facial a lot me and my bf for face cleaning and it usually is not that painful.

Absolute 5 star service! Clean Rooms, amazing smelling products and all the therapists are so polite and gorgeous. My one regret is I didn't find out about this place earlier! A fantastic afternoon 🙏

I specifically went to this spa as I needed a lymphatic massage to help with swollen legs. Ichosr the 90 minute detox/lymphatic and the results were that my legs actually had more fluid in them when I left. I have had proper lymphatic in Thailand, quite different and it worked a treat. If you are wanting lymphatic, please don't go here and save your money. I could have gone for the relaxation massage and saved myself 50 Australian dollars! In saying that, the staff did apologise and gave me a discount of 12 Australian dollars. I feel that they need to take the word lymphatic off their advertising as it is misleading and false advertising.

What a lovely experience! My wife and I found this place online and went for facial treatments. The masseuses (Tram anh & Tuyen) were very careful and provided an amazing service. The massage was on spot and wasn’t bone crushing at all. We fell asleep a few times during the treatment because the service was that relaxing and great. Nice ambiance and it was worth the price. I think this is by far the best spa experience we ever had. Highly recommended and we’d come back if we ever visit Ho Chi Minh again.

Find the experience over rated. I thought someone will want to find out about my skin condition as claimed but nothing much was assessed or discussed. Asked about the treatment and was recommended a DHA/cleaning one but I don’t find it wow. It was 75 mins but the whole treatment was done in about 60 mins. During the cleansing process, I could not feel any cleansing done for my forehead. First time in my multiple facial experience in Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. Spoke to the manager and was told that they did some light cleansing as the forehead is the most sensitive part of the face?! Gotta be kidding me. Won’t recommend anyone to go. Pricey for the whole experience. It’s Singapore/Taiwan pricing.

I have had plenty of massages and facials back in Canada, but this has was hands down one of the best spa experiences I have ever had! From the warm welcome, the in depth consultation and the quality of the massage and facial. I received the ‘moisture up’ facial with ‘aqua peeling’. The quality of the products they used were top notch. It was very thorough and they used techniques they used were amazing. I ended up with great looking skin and relaxed body. It was like I had glass skin!

I choose to do the detox facial and the body massage. Both were very nice and relaxing. The place is very welcoming, with fresh aroma and friendly staff to welcome you and explain the different options available. Three of us went and we all were satisfied with the service.

I am thrilled with my services here! I received a slimming massage and a HIFU treatment and both were LOVELY. The experience is so luxurious. My slimming massage was incredible (a heated table!!) and the doctor who performed my full face HIFU was professional beyond measure. I wish I had taken a before and after because the results are stunning! My face is smooth and glowing. I strongly recommend service here!!

The whole ambiance and atmosphere of the spa is just sooo amazing and relaxing. The front desk staff, Ms. Oanh was good. She squeezed me in for the same evening appointment before my flight next morning back to Australia. We were served herbal tea upon arrival. Seated in their cosy waiting area. The staff then came and tested my skin, assessed it and suggested the most appropriate treatment for it. I so appreciate that she didn't try to sell any of her services/products but was rather focussed on what my skin needed most at the time for a quick rejuvenating look. I went for Aqua peel for my face as suggested by the staff, which i was convinced of. The massage therapist, Ms Duyen had amazing skills. I almost slept through the treatment. Her hands had magic. I got the whole body relaxing massage as well. The whole experience in general was outstanding and fabulous, never that I had experienced anywhere before. I would recommend this spa to anyone and everyone and surely coming here again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh city. As for my face, the results were immediate and my daughter told me, as soon as i came out that I looked so refreshed. Also got a free amazing gift package as it was the Mayu's 6th anniversary. Thanks lovelies. :)

Really beautiful experience at Mayu. I did the lymphatic drainage treatment and all the staff were welcoming and lovely (with tea before and after) as well as very talented. The treatment was firm and relaxing. Highly recommend!
