Noodles came out super quick as everything is already made. It just has to be assembled. You wouldn't think food coming out this fast would still be good, but it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The broth tasted like it had been simmering all night (we came for breakfast), and the noodles had a perfect texture/bounce. The protein also tasted like it was extremely fresh. Wish I could've gone back one more time before leaving!

Not the friendliest service, but food is what is more important! Unfortunately, the food isn’t great either. Taste is alright, but the meat and liver were a little overcooked. Not the best. The place is pretty squeezy too, but not too much of a concern. Very fast meal, was in and out in about 20 minutes. Came here around 12:30pm on a Sunday.

i can see why this place is popular. they only serve 1 type of dish (with dry/soup and 2 noodle types) and they do it well. fast and efficient. cheap. great garlic chili sauces.

Initially booked to go to another spot but it was closed so we ended up here. Good hue tieu which is pork based. We have the dry and wet version. The dry version had soup on the side. The soy bean drink was really good there too.

Food was delicious. I had no idea how to eat it but I just copied every one else. People add lettuce & bean sprouts to the soup and let it soak while they enjoy the noodles. Then sip the soup and eat the soaked lettuce and bean sprout. I would go back but I must try all the foods!

It was my first time to have Hu Tieu in Vietnam. There are many local Vietnamese prople having noodles here. The taste of Hu Tieu was good for me.

This must be one of the best Hu Tieu Nam Vang in Saigon. I ordered the soup one and my girlfriend ordered the dry one. The noodle is springy and the broth is flavourful. The toppings are generous and for the price they are charging, it is a bargain. 10/10 would come back again.

Food was very tasteful, pork and shrimp combined into a bowl of heaven. I visited this place twice and will be more often. price is quite fair. wet tissue is chargeable.

Best Hu Tie Nam Vang ever! Cant find similar things else where! Definitely worth trying if u have not tried before. It’s like a clear noodle soup with super umami flavor topped with minced pork, noodle, shrimp, quail eggs, pork slice and some vegetables… 👍

Great hu tieu soup or dry. Don’t expect friendly service here, just a typically family business. The vibe is eat, pay and move on. I think they charged us around $55,000 for one bowl. I didn’t get sick eating at this place. Would come back again.

Their incredible hủ tiếu, recommended by a local friend, was one of my favorite foods I tried in Vietnam! You can order the dish as a soup or dry--both come with the same assorted meat and seafood toppings, but the noodles in the dry version are stir-fried with a sweet hoisin-like sauce for additional flavor.
