As a remunation package to my director position, I have chose the gym that nearest to my company with the pretty good facilities standard. However I have come across very rude staffs in the restroom who have thought they own the gym and "force" the customers to follow their rules in the bathroom while they are very lazy sitting around and chatting. Those have been very upsetting experience and my complains to the manager has been ignored. I really want to cancel the annual membership there and choose another place who can treat their customers with respect and professionalism.

If you can accept the member price, the environment is quite nice , better then Thanh Thai, But Take care the PT quality, Sale record always important then the session for them.take care before you pay💰 🤣🤣

Entering the door is the reception hall. Due to limited space, the lobby here is not as spacious as the VHM side. But everything is arranged to fit, the tables and chairs are neatly arranged, there is even a photobooth for people to take pictures to check in. The bathroom is bright, also quite spacious. Both shower gel and shampoo available. I have not tried the shampoo, but the shower gel has a lemongrass smell, like when you first walk into Citigym. The thing I don't like is that there is a small slot under the walls of the rooms. Sometimes I just go in to change, but the room next to the bathroom makes water overflow into my room.

Fairly functional when u can avoid peak hours. Terribly crowded in common hours and the weights are not even sufficient. They need to double the weights they have as well as the power rack, not the Smith. For other customer service, i say they re a cut above the average gyms around.

Little expensive but quite good machines, big space and clean shower room,but staffs keep asking for sing up and it makes annoying..

I bought a day-pass here. You can enter multiple time in that 1 day (not 24 hours). Overall, the gym staff were friendly and helpful. I found the equipment is not so abundant given its size. But it is not very crowded so you surely can work out with all the equipments that you want.

Deceptive sales tactics lock you into long term contracts. Sales reps blatantly lie, will tell you anything to get your money. As soon as you've paid, they will brush you off to someone else. Avoid at all costs.

I really love Ms. Tram's class - Yoga, she teaches very enthusiastically and has many lessons about theraphy and teacher Bo - Group X, his class is always full of positive energy.

Vishal - Yoga Vishal is the best Indian yoga instructor in town ❤️ You can find him at CITIGYM, he's friendly and will give you careful guidance from basic to advance levels. If any hesitation during your yoga practice, I strongly recommend you to consult Vishal as he possesses strong expertise, especially in correcting your posture. On a side note, I really enjoy exercising at CITIGYM which is a modern & comfy space. You can book your class with Vishal using the booking system on the CITIGYM app. Cheers! 🎊

First things fist, I'm not a gym addict, as I'm mostly into running. Anyway, the place is clean with multiple kind of fitness machine. The music (RnB / dance) isn't too loud. You can easily refill your bottle with fresh water. I found the room temperature a bit hot for me, but, as mentionned, I usually run outdoors. Staff is kind, I'll definitely recommend the place.
