There is a broad spectrum of hicks occupying these buildings. The pool is filled with screaming kids all hours of the day. There are two elementary schools next door, so more screaming. Nha Be is right across the river, so karaoke is ever-present. Pham Huu Lau is a very interesting street filled with mysterious and shady businesses. You get what you pay for.
