I recently stayed at a hotel with a friendly and helpful staff who made my experience very enjoyable. The staff members were always ready to assist with any requests and were very fast in attending to my needs. The rooms at the hotel were nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep. However, the walls and doors were not soundproof, which meant that I could hear everything from outside of the room. This could be annoying, especially at night when I was trying to sleep. Another issue was the lack of soundproofing in the bathroom. This could be problematic for couples or two people sharing a room as it might cause some discomfort. However, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable rooms. While the lack of soundproofing in the walls and bathroom can be a bit of an inconvenience, it doesn't take away from the overall experience. If you're looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The staff was very friendly. I checked in during Vietnam Women's Day, so the hotel even gave me a delicate gift box, that was really sweet. During my stay, the staff contacted me through WhatsApp, and their response time was very fast. Since I didn't need housekeeping during the stay, I asked the staff to assist with trash collection one day. To my surprise, when I returned to the room that day, the room had still been tidied up. I was truly grateful. Staying at M Village exceeded my expectations in terms of service. The overall value for money was excellent, and the room environment was very comfortable. The café on the ground floor was also great. I could easily get coffee every day during my stay, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is very close to the attractions, within walking distance of the War Remnants Museum and the Tan Dinh Church. There are also supermarkets in the neighborhood, and there's also a gym within 5 minutes by walk, making it very convenient. District 1 is just a 10-minute drive away or within a 30-minute walk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will stay again next time. The soundproofing still has room for improvement. You can still hear noises from the hallway and sounds of passing cars and horns from the street. During the stay, there has been construction in the house across the road, and the noise has been quite noticeable. Also, the refrigerator in the room I stayed in happened to be a bit loud at times. For travelers who are more sensitive to noise, would recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, everything is great.

We had a great experience. Loved the ease and security of gated parking. Filtered water in the room was very convenient. Bed linens changed every couple of days and free laundry on site were also a plus. Staff was so nice and helpful. Plan to return as soon as we can.

Loved the minimalist design, the tranquility, and the location of the space! The building is located in District 3, allowing you to explore the city easily. The next door coffeeshop, Every Half Cafe, is conveniently located and gives a 10% discount if you're staying in the apartment. Free laundry and drinkable water are available. Note that Google Map doesn't correctly indicate the location. The building is further west.

I loved everything!❤️🙏 will definitely be my place to come back! A small gem in the busy city, outside of noisy centre, but in a walking distance to it. When searching for my place to stay, I was very conscious as there are a lot of bots providing fake reviews to the properties in Vietnam. I was so happy to see that this hotel was not only good but even better than I thought! I travel a lot and can say that you can definitely trust this booking and pictures you see. There is a small coffee place downstairs and a lovely garden 🌳 They changed towels/cleaned every second day 🙏 The staff was extremely helpful and polite!

Amazing hotel for the price you pay. The service is really good and all the staff are very friendly especially Loc va Quyen. The room are really big and clean as well. the only small things I would like to say is the bed are abit too hard for my liking but other than that everything is amazing.

Good service! The staffs are really nice, they suggested some excellent places for Banh Canh Cua and Pho. I'll definitely come back next time

Minh Anh was so good to us. Took care of our necesites and guide us in many things. The room was clean and without noise, everything was convenient like the location, the safety, and the food places around it. We had a very pleasant stay, totally recommended. I would come again!!! Chinh was super helpful; love the location and the design of the room itself. The choice of linens, color palette, and other design choices are classy yet cozy.
