Lovely brewery! So many unique beers to choose from. Really enjoyed their viet wit beer. Passion fruit beer was great too!. I really like the way they display each drinks aroma, appearance, flavor, and finishing on the menu to help customers to learn about and choose drinks. I also appreciate they offered me sample when I asked about the other drinks. We didn’t eat here but k saw other tables orders which looked delicious! Will definitely come back to try!

Good little brewery pub with tasty pub snacks. Not as cool as their Hanoi venue but still pretty good. Loved the NE IPA (better than Heart of Darkness) and the toasted cheese sandwich was the perfect pairing

This place is epic! You can enjoy heaps of good rock music which suits the venue. I'd recommend the Guava IPA if you're a fruity beer person. The beer selection they have is enormous. And the bartender Quan is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend this place to all my friends who plan to come to Saigon for sure!!!!

Great beer and food, we are still talking about the salted lime lager 2 months later! We had a tasting paddle and a light meal. Service was excellent, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Sit outside in the balcony and watch the world go by, beer in hand!

Just love this place. They are making fantastic beers. That's all you need to know. The bonus is, the staff are great and they also serve great food. I tried a few of the beers, but my favourite was the Double Jasmine. It really is something special. I'd been planning a trip here for 3 years (then covid hit) since reading about it in the book in the photo. It was worth the wait. I loved it. Thank you

Good selection of different beers! Got the flights and tried loads of them! Really liked the Nitro Irish Stout and the Double Jasmine IPA. Great tacos as well. Friendly staff, good location, lots of seating. Would recommend.

Excellent selection of quality beer and the beer flight is the way to go (to start with at least). Attentive, friendly and interesting staff. Only had a snack on my first visit but was very nice. Without doubt will return when next in town.

Highly recommend! Great beers, good food and a fun atmosphere. We had the tasting paddle, the fried pickles and the tofu which were all really good.

Cozy, cute place tucked in an alley. Ryan delivered exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgable, and personable. I came with a friend and we ordered the beer flight which comes with six 175ml beers. Enjoyed our time here drinking craft beers with good music playing in the background.

Beer is nothing short of epic at Pasteur Street. The crew are very cool as well. Our favorites are the Passionfruit Wheat Ale. Jasmine IPA is pretty good as well. Love how you have to duck down the alley to get to the bar upstairs. Come and get a beer flight and try everything they have on tasting.

We ordered a 'flight' which is a tasting set of 6 x 175ml of our choice, and it was completely worth it! The beers are well crafted and easy to drink. If you are more adventurous try the dark chocolate beer, it is not that hard to drink and has some extra punch with a long and powdery-ish cocoa finish. Nice atmosphere and attentive staff, we really enjoyed it.

This place is too overrated. What I didn't like: - a lot of beers were served warm - they were out of a few options I wanted to try (dragon fruit and guava) - the salted fish fried rice was really, really salty - the guy at the bar pulled a face and shook his head when I wasn't ready to order after a few minutes (couldn't have been more than five minutes. Isn't the point of craft beer breweries for patrons to learn and explore unique beers? Isn't it why you guys put out an extensive menu with write-ups for each brew?)

Nice little bar, with friendly staff and good beer on tap Down an alley way and up some stairs, the location is a bit funny but it works...... Decent sized crowd in too. I didn't stay for long as I was in a hurry to go somewhere, but its a place I can imagine a good few hours can be spent.....as the bar looked very comfortable and the beer was good!

I’d been looking for somewhere to have a beer this evening and no where looked great.. finally found PSBC opposite my hotel.. Had the “Gods Water” lager.. clean, crisp and easy to drink after a full day walking the city.. I’ll definitely be back to try the cyclo chocolate stout.. at 13% it might blow my socks off tonight..

What a great craft brewing company with amazing beers and what a find this taproom is. My wife and I stopped for lunch after touring Independence Palace and ended up staying for a few beers as well! All the beers we tried were really good and between us we sampled God Water, Jasmine IPA, Passion Fruit Wheat Ale and Cyclo Imperial Chocolate Stout. We can thoroughly recommend paying a visit when in town with a special mention to ‘trainee’ Louis who was our server and was fantastic!

The craft beer here is amazing! They have a wide selection of flavours to choose from, from more normal pale ales, to fruity flavours like passion fruit, to really intense stouts. Their menu is also super helpful, because they describe the different tastes, flavours and colours of each craft beer. I’d come back again! Really nice vibes too, very friendly staff :)

It's an upscale place if you consider the scene in HCMC, so nice beers (haven't tried food) and chilled atmosphere. Beers are pricey though.. had a passion fruit beer, a Jasmin one, double IPA and a 15% something but everything was so good. A bit hard to spot the place but it's there, if busy you won't get your space. They have a 6 types of beer taste that can be interesting doing it with friends.

Great taste for their range of crafted beer, good gift options. Their staff is so friendly and we came back for the second night and they all remembered us. The decoration of this place is very unique with comfy seats and indoor outdoor, and upstairs options

To compare apples with apples 🍎/🍎 after experiencing one Pasteur Street location we decided to go to another. This time to to original down an alley and upstairs. Great location, great atmosphere, great food, the beef rolls are tasty morsels, and superb staff. We even bought a couple of their glasses as souvenirs.

Great craft beer, and the service is even better. Thuc, the bartender, was amazing. If you come, I would recommend you try the barrel-aged beer. The aroma and flavor have no comparison. The only caviat for our taste is that the beer was not cold enough.

Beautiful tucked away place, away from the hustle of the passing scooters, western music with delicious, varied drink & good accompanying food. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, rooftop bar & air conditioned inside. Kitchen staff made changes to cater for a vegan diet but also served plenty of meat options. I'm glad we chose to come to this place. I'd strongly recommend the tropical seltzer - very palatable especially for non-beer drinkers. Cheers, big ears.

Came in off the street for a quick beer and some beer bites. Had the pale ale full of tasty Citra...its a very clean american pale ale, nicely brewed! About to try the double IPA :) Thanks to Thuc for the great service and recommendations!

Nice bar, apparently where it all started. The regular ales were good, but the specials really hit the note, with a Pineapple Sour, Tropical Seltzer or Bourbon Barrell aged stout (2yrs in barrel) all being all excellent beers. You could try before you buy which is also really helpful. The food wasn't bad. All the staff were excellent, especially Dung who was really helpful. Worth a visit if you are in to craft beer, and far better than East West Brewing Co.

Delicious and refreshing collection of craft beers. Pretty wide variety of options and all incorporate Vietnamese ingredients. I especially liked the passion fruit wheat. Ordered two tasters for under 100k.

I have been working in Korean craft beer company. And my boss recommended here. And the happiest moment of my trip to Ho Chi Minh was here.

Fantastic find! Was recommended to come here by a friend in Singapore and so glad I did. Amazing brewery with fantastic ales. Bar food really great too. There’s a small bar inside and then a rooftop bar. They do sample of the ales, and I loved every one. Would definitely go back.

The cozy setting and diverse range of brews cater to various tastes, while Mr. Lo's exceptional service and engaging conversations add a personal touch to my visit. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pasteur Brewing Company, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The brewery's ambiance was inviting, with a cozy and rustic charm that made me feel right at home. I had the opportunity to sample two of their outstanding brews: the Passion Fruit Ale and the Jasmine IPA. The Passion Fruit Ale was a delightful surprise, with its refreshing tropical notes and a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. It was a truly unique and enjoyable beer that left me craving for more. In addition to the fantastic beer, the brewery offered a great selection of snacks and appetizers that paired perfectly with the brews. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot to unwind with friends or family. If you're a beer enthusiast looking for a memorable brewery experience, Pasteur Brewing Company should be at the top of your list.

Walked through an alley and go upstairs for wide selection of craft beers that they brewed themselves. We got the beer sampling which consist of a set of 6 craft beer of your choice for each of us so we can try different flavors from citrusy ones to the stronger ones. My favorite was tropical and passion. They also have other outlets, one is at the district with many Japanese restaurants.

Really awesome little place. The beers are obviously great but we had the Nashville chicken, smoked goose breast and baked camembert too and they were brilliant too. I also loved the playlist- great music! 😁

Nice brewery experience! We did a tasting split between 2 people and really enjoyed it. The Jasmine IPA ended up being our favorite but the other options were nice as well!

  • 5/5 Dong D. 4 years ago on Google
Fantastic selection of local micro brews backed up by quality pub sides. The location is a bit hidden in an alley but is otherwise quiet and having a really nice industrial theme to it. Service is quick and whilst perhaps a tad pricey for some I would still recommend it to any beer fan.

great craft beers and food! glad to have made a visit to HCM’s most iconic craft brewer. also particularly loved the sashimi and oysters here.

First time here, we both had the beer flight which is a great way to taste a breweries offering. Staff spoke English and was nice and knew her beers. Over 2 levels, was impressed with aircon in the toilets 😁 As with any brewery, I loved some and not others

Better than heart of darkness?: Less tailored atmosphere, slightly better taste. Enjoyed the tasting flight very much!

Quite a variety of craft beer you can choose from. I personally like fruity beer like passion fruit or pomelo. God water is like water to me. I love atmosphere and music. Staff are nice.

I have tried their Passion Fruits (60K dong for tester glass) and Cyclo Imperial Chocolate Beer Scouts (110K dong for regular glass). Honestly, I love the scouts indeed, very unique. Servise wise, very good and fluent English. Will come here again if I visit HCMC. See ya

Lovely brewery! Food was great and staff was superb. Truly Saigon’s hidden gem😃

  • 5/5 YG 1 year ago on Google
Great variety of beer and food options. I love the okra and mushroom, and has more healthy food choices then other beer spots. So this earns a 5 stars from me.

  • 2/5 Aditya Raj A. 1 year ago on Google
The ambience is so disappointing for it to be a brewery. The place was hot and sweaty, in a closed room with very cramped seating. The cyclo stout was decently made but definitely not worth the price that they are charging. The food menu also was very unlike how a brewery should have it, with prices being super high again. Not a good recommendation.

  • 5/5 Estee 1 year ago on Google
A gem hidden from the main street! Gorgeous, artistic bar within a little alley. Great service and delicious house brew beer. A nice and cosy hideout.

  • 5/5 Leh Kern T. 3 years ago on Google
My first time here. The place is not visible from the main road so one needs to look out for the logo that leads into the alley of the bar. English speaking staff and not to miss out is their happy hour from 5pm to 7pm. Great variety of craft beers, bar snacks and dine in meals. Their 45 days dry aged Tomahawk ribeye is not to be missed, and it is great for sharing for those who opt for a light meal (more room for craft beer).

To get to this micro brewery, you have to find a small alley. After finding it, you just follow thier signs. You will enjoy many tastes of beer as well as Tex-Mex foods. Service was also great. When I went there, they played 80's and 90's rock which I like. I will visit again.

Really awesome Vietnamese craft beer place with very affordable beer flight (6x175ml) at 285,000k! We initially got 3 tasters but ended up w 7 tasters because their beers were very interesting! Get their seasonal beers and the Jasmine IPA for a very local rendition of craft beer (the locals serve a lot of jasmine tea in their restaurants / eateries). Saigon saison is also very clean and crisp. Love their passion fruit wheat ale too. Highly recommend you drop by any outlet of theirs! Keep it going guys!

  • 5/5 Anna R. 10 months ago on Google
I really enjoyed coming here to have a beer flight with my partner! The Jasmine IPA was my favorite and one I had to order extra of. Cute place with lots of seating between a few levels. Surprisingly not packed on a Saturday night so it was a great experience! The staff are awesome. They know a lot about their beer selection and provide a really fun filled environment. I’ll be back for sure!

I recently visited Pasteur Street Brewing Company in Ho Chi Minh City and it was amazing! The beers were all delicious, which is rare to find in breweries. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at home. If you love stouts, you have to try the Cyclo Imperial Stout. It's absolutely fantastic! For stout lovers like myself, the Cyclo Imperial Stout is an absolute must-try. This beer is a masterpiece, boasting a rich and velvety texture with robust flavors that dance on your palate. The blend of roasted malts and subtle hints of chocolate and coffee creates a truly decadent experience that lingers long after each sip. Overall, it's a must-visit brewery in the city!

Cosy place tucked away in an alley with a good selection of craft beer. Staff was welcoming and warm, ready to recommend a beer suited to your preferences. Not usually an IPA person but the Pomelo IPA had a really great aftertaste - ended up purchasing three cans to take home with me.

  • 5/5 Archana R. 1 year ago on Google
The beers are fantastic! Try the Dragon fruit Gose and passionfruit wheat ale if you are into sour fruity beers. The cyclo stout is fantastic but watch the %! Quan is wonderful and very helpful

Went there with family. There are many choices of draft beer. We ordered everything in testing size. I found what i like most is Bai chanh muoi. It was so refreshing!!! The taste is quite unique, sweet sour and a hint of salty. The place was clean, well decorated with good music. The location is great, very close to Saigon centre.

Walking into this alley at 144 Pasteur street, it just feel nice. Coming into Pasteur St brewing co, the feel is just right for an afternoon beer. The deco inside is just so chill and retro. Tried the jasmine amber ale, I love it. Overall….. a nice place to chill alone or with frens.
