Very worthy if you are deciding to visit this mall. The atmosphere, the environment are on point & mostly all the global brands are here. Numerous restaurants & coffees shops at B2 floor & a secret terrace area on Floor 6 :D You can read my other review for more details on this one!

Pretty cool place. Just a bit annoying you get followed everywhere and can't look at anything without staff trying their best to be sneaky... My partner was shopping in Cath Kidston to get gifts for her family but the dude just followed her continuously and stayed about a foot away from her at all times. Understandable if he wanted to offer help or greet her but it was just quite irritating

Small one man band male barber shop. Cuts your hair exactly the way you ask. Take your shoes off at the front door. I do not speak Vietnamese but showed the barber a photograph of how I wanted my hair to be cut and he dis it very well. Happy days.

A she she foo foo mall filled with things and objects I’ll never be able to afford. Wonderful place to hide from rain, suck up the air con when it’s hot outside and use the super clean toilet when you got the runs.

I recently visited Takashimaya in Ho Chi Minh, and I must say it's a shopping paradise for premium brands! The brands are a little expensive, but they offer great quality and style. Besides the brands, the mall also boasts of several coffee shops and restaurants that offer scrumptious food and beverages. My experience was exceptional, the staff were courteous, and the place was well-maintained. So, if you're a shopaholic looking to splurge, then make sure to visit Takashimaya in Ho Chi Minh at least once.

Nice Japanese department store. Very tasty food/sweets on the basement floor, many of them famous Japanese brands.

The department store provides a standard shopping experience. While it offers a variety of products, the ambiance and service are average. It meets basic needs without standing out in any particular aspect. A lot of clerks are siting on their phones and not paying attention to the customers.

As I expected, Takashimaya always pampered their customer and served their best. The mall is very clean and neat that also for toilet 🥰🥰🥰 as their standar also like in Japan. The arrangement of tenants/stores is good. Easy to find the store or restaurants that we want to go. Quite complete. When I went there, many mooncakes to display as it their event. You can choose what you like. The restaurant and cafes are many various to choose, like it so much! The garden on the roof top is beautiful! Love love love it so much! Specially when i stroll around alone. Thank you Takashimaya ❤️!

The place is decent. The top and basement floors have restraunts and grocery shopping options. Sadly it has no place for kids activity or play zone. You will get a good view of the city from the terrace garden

Considered to be one of the leading mall space in downtown.Has vast number of brands and have some choicest of dining places. We had lunch at one of the multi cuisine restaurants and they had some really good pizza and garlic breads. Loved it and worth visiting if you like good food or are shopping enthusiasts.Given the District 1 location the prices of food were decent. We went near Christmas which had some pretty good decorations in the mall.If you like taking lot of photos then this surely would interest you.

Beautiful department store with all the big brands on display. The prices seemed to be very close to what we would pay in Australia, which surprised me a little. I thought the prices would be somewhat cheaper here. Lovely place to cool down and do a little shopping.

Stayed in Saigon for a month and probably gone to this mall 10 times but mostly because it was across the street from our hotel. Great place to shelter from heat. Lots of great stores and the food court is awesome. There is also a gourmet supermarket in the basement which sells international products.

So this place is like tourist central or richer population. Everything here is high priced for Vietnam. Most foreigners won't notice. Nice place to cruise but not a local dive. The food court though is very nice and there is a cute Japanese girl there running a small lucky cat booth. She's super cute and friendly~ Basically she was the highlight of the joint. Everything else was eh~ if you like crepe cakes, they have a pretty good one down in the food court~

Awesome!!! Bought 4 perfumes here recently. Had a Korean BBQ. There's a specialty supermarket. Cool little Japanese store. Jewellery. Foreign and local brands. Great Japanese mochi store. Massive shopping mall. You can pretty much find whatever you need here including legitimate luxury brands. I think it's like 5 stories high.

I come to Miyama Cafe in Takashimaya HCM almost every weekend. They have really nice drinks and food, especially desserts. Matcha mille-crepes and strawberry shortcake are some of the must-try #miyamacafe

A great place with well-groomed, polite, clean and the staff all bowed to the guests at 9:30 am when Takashimay started opening. The shops were rich, especially varied thanks to the wide range of products. Especially in the dining area, you can choose and immerse yourself in the abundance of decorative art, prices range from expensive to low, so Takashimaya is always the place I choose to go to during the holiday.

Saigon Centre is a complex building in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, invested by Keppel Land Watco I. This building is located at Le Loi road in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Phase 1 of the complex was completed in 1996 with a 25-story building, set a new record for the highest building in Vietnam at the time with 106 meters. The building has the total floor area of over 32,500 square meters. One third of them (10,400 sq meters) is used for offices. Phase 2 was stated to be built. When completed, this complex will include three buildings. Building phase 1 are used. Two new buildings, including a 66-storey tower and a 88-storey tower. The complex will be used as offices, shopping centers, observation towers and hotels. As of February 2011, nothing has started on the site.

One of my classic hang-out spots in Takashimaya! Cozy ambiance. Love the teas and the matcha-flavored desserts. Highly recommend the mille-feuille crepe cake!

This was my favourite place in Saigon! Nice and clean, great air conditioning and good variety of shops. My favourite part though was definitely the bottom floor which has various Asian eateries and Japanese confectionery - the presentation is of course beautiful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a respite from the heat!

A decent mall near the famous saigon Square. There were plenty of food options. There are not a lot of clothing selections in the normal price range.

This is an upscale Mall found in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides shopping, it has restaurants on the bottom floor and restaurants at different levels. One of the restaurants is a Michelin level store. I thought the food selection at these restaurants was very good.

The mall is on the higher end side but I really like it. There is a supermarket in the basement where you can buy a lot of products such as japanese goods wrapped in beautiful packaging. The place is a one stop shop for your shopping. Also, there is a rooftop garden if you want to unwind and see the view of the city.

Knowing Takashi for a long time, I really like the time nearly Christmas and New Year which decorating is the most beautiful than other seasons. If you want to have a great time to relax and shopping, or find to place to get together, Takashi is one of a place that you can consider.

One of the biggest malls in central district of Ho Chi Minh city, beautifully decorated for seasons & a must-see if you find yourself in the area, iconic Ben Thanh market is nearby

  • 5/5 Thao N. 1 year ago on Google
Best shopping mall in HCMC with best decorations. Many big and famous brands for shopping. Many restaurants mainly in 5th floor and B2. Also many coffee shops inside such as Phuc Long, Highlands, Runam, Miyama, Paul etc. There is also An Nam Gourmet at B2. I also love Yamazaki breads, esp. their sandwich and Hawaii bread (potato bread) and always buy them whenever I visit Takashimaya. Staff and services are very good. There are staff and (maybe) their managers to stand at main door to welcome you at the opening time and goodbye at the time of closing the shopping center. There is baby stroller renting services and free of charge if there is any bill with purchase from 200k (subject to change by Taka). If you go down their parking basements, remember to take photos the parking area column so you won't waste your time looking around for your vehicle.

This is currently the only shopping mall that is not over crowded like those Vincom and Parkson on Dong Khoi street. Not very many options for food, but there are Cali gym, An Nam market, and clothing brands. Parking for bike is 7k in morning weekdays, 10k in evenings and weekends

Amazing dining with great city view and good food. The staff were friendly too. Not too crowded and yet peaceful enough for studying/working. Been here twice and will continue so. #miyamacafe
