Love the food, stalls and ambiance here. However, I was highly disappointed at the customer service. Was taking photos as always and one at the Crepe kiosk, and the baker stopped me from recording videos. I was surprised at first, but then I just ignored it. However, another female customer came and filmed but she said nothing. I went to the other to check if the free wifi worked and that baker STARED AT ME and CHECKED WHETHER I TRIED TO FILM HER OR NOT, but she DID NOT CARE ABOUT the other girl who flimed her THE WHOLE TIME. I was pissed so I went and talked to the two women at the customer service. They were neglecting and emotionless at what I told them. They DID NOT APOLOGIZE ME EVEN ONCE, and they tried to direct the conversation so that they can blame everything on me. Very disappointed. WORST SERVICE EVER. Congrats Aeon, you just lost one loyal customer and probably some more to go since I told this to my relatives and LOTS OF friends :)

Everything you can buy from here! Reasonable price! Comfortable place to go shopping. Comfortable for family for all ages. Good atmosphere.

For me, AEON is the best Shopping Mall that I will visit on the weekend or my holiday. Its gathers many shop of local and international brands from over the world. AEON Mall has delica area, it has many foodcourt with the cheap price, restaurant area for the higher price but you will have good service on table. -Kelsey Le93🐔-

Terible staff from Miki store in Aeon Mall Binh Tan. The staff is too rude to customer. My wife stopped by this store to check for some stuffs, while waiting i have to sit on the small wooden box of this store since no other seats there. The staff come to me and ask me to move out very rudely, she reconfirmed to me that there is no seat in this store, with a very high-class behavior to me. Sure i asked my wife to leave this store immediately, thanks for ruin my night, Miki staff!

Aeon Mall is a brand with a system of shopping centers with the largest area of ​​each shopping center currently in Vietnam. With the advantage of a large area, parking has never been a problem at Aeon Mall. I have never encountered a situation where there is no parking here. In addition, you can almost find everything here from stores of most major brands, supermarkets, restaurants, communal dining areas, cinemas, game areas, cafes, etc. Facilities and mechanical and electrical systems are very good and methodically invested. This is a good choice for families of all ages. The staff here are very friendly & enthusiastic. The only dis-advantage is that you may have to go a bit far than other shopping mall.

Great upscale mall with a lot of shops and restaurants spread out on 4 levels.

This mall is very cheap on Air Conditioning. Everywhere we go it is super hot, as if we were standing outside of the building. How do you expect your customer to shop and spend money here when it is so uncomfortable to stay inside? I want the management to change or upgrade their Air Conditioner for the sake of your customers! We will do not recommend coming here until the issue is fixed!!

Great Shopping center with full of products

The mall is closed incredibly huge and spacious and you can find anything you want from groceries to entertainment. You don’t need to go to other places. All you need is already here. I highly recommend this mall definitely.

Best place for shopping with your kids and grandparents. Parking is free with top notch services from Japanese style. I love how they organize the mall with so many convenience places for old people and kids to have good times together. It also includes a CGV cinema and 🎳 which are fantastic place to have with friend too. The foods on 3rd floors are delicious with Cambodia, Mexico and other type of dishes.

A giant place for everyone in your family. You can find from cheapest to luxuriest shop, restaurants here. However there are only a few places designed for seats, since walking in this mall is a challenge for people.

Great place to find everything you looking for and if you're not looking for something particularly. Recommend to visit and take your time. They also got a "lucky machine", great for kids to test the luck 🍀 or just adults that like to gamle a little.

Big mall in Binh Tanh area. Lots of food stalls and good shopping options.

Decent sized mall, with one level almost completely catering to children (Indoor playgrounds, clothes, toys, etc). Top level with lots of buffet options. Just make sure to check the menu and double confirm pricing before entering.. it's always different than what's shown on the screen. Mineral water at ground floor supermarket is super cheap @ 3200vnd!

The mall was really good with a nice environment. Place was very clean even the toilet was clean. Most of the western brand of clothes and shoes were in same price like in Sweden or Europe. During sales it could probably be cheaper than Europe. You need to compare. In the second floor you can find a place there children can play games. Food is available everywhere in the mall, from Japanese, Vietnamese and western food.

Overall it is fairly clean, organized well, variety of shops however it is very disappointed with music so loud that you can not have a conversation. Music is so loud that I throught it was a bar or a club.

A very big Shopping mall around 30 minutes away from Ho Chi Minh City CBD

It’s always crowed on the weekend and festival. Nice supermarket and cool stores 👍 Parking lot is huge and free. It’s a shame they cancel the shuttle bus from D7 to the mall 😓

Good shopping mall for West part of HCM. Big enough for families to visit durinf free time. Offering affordable pricing. Suddenly got flooded heavily after a rain... a bit shocked.

Definetley worth going. Wife and i spent 6 hours there. You dont have to be rich to shop there which is great. Something for everyone. A big foodcourt on 2 floors, both well priced

Are you a tourist? Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Want something vaguely familiar? Come to the AEON mall. Note: The pronunciation is quite different to English -> Ah-Air- Own I took my mum for a wander to look at all the products that are the same, slightly different or very different. She loved it. And she got iced donuts! I'll find photos to add later.

Amazing place if you live around district 6 or 8. Very convenient parking, there's food court on first floor, vegetarian food out there is so yummy and cheap. I could get nice meal for anything between 25k to 50k.

Large, modern and well organized shopping mall. It is convenient for shopping, eating out and relaxing here with many choices. Parking area is big for cars and motorbikes.

Being there on a weeekday gives me a sad vibe. Maybe it's just me. Nothing too surprising or outstanding. They have the Bliss ice cream shop, which is one of the reasons i was there. The other ones were the ramen place - average quality, but better than nothing when you craved the food. The cotton candy machine was a nice touch. Not for me but definitely makes it more interesting.

Big mall i love that place only place u can find people who atleast speak english a bit and u can buy things in proper price then outside.clean and always have updated products kinda crowded but cant complain since this place give alot of offers and great parking facilities friendly staffs good service so far.

This is a great mall of you don’t like haggling with prices. The clothing and goods are reasonably priced and has a great selection. I like how it’s air conditioned and the washrooms are clean. There’s lots of kids games, play areas, and claw machine toys. The food is alright. But remember to bring Headphones when you shop here if you are bothered by loud noise. Every store is blasting loud music and there’s always an announcement of some sort. Shopping malls are stressful enough, but this place takes it up a notch by constantly playing loud music like everyone is deaf. This was especially the case at Aeon grocery and department store. I feel so sad for the workers, they must need sensory deprivation when they get home from work.

Many famous brands are there with a good food court. For tourists, it may be far from the district 1 and not worthy to get around because of heavy traffic city has. There were no exchange available in the vicinity, so you need to have enough domestic currency.
