Lovely atmosphere and tasty cake yet very unreasonable when we were not provided a second cup to share a teapot. We already ordered a tiramisu and have a total 20’ to spare before our conert at the opera house next door so we know we’d waste a second teapot and would just like a quick sip to go with the cake. I find it a bit petty on the management of the lounge’s part for such policy. It’s not like we only ordered a teapot and stayed for 3 hours.

The service here is the worst of the worst. The staffs here at the lounge may not be aware that they’re working in service/hospitality industry. Instead, they gave an extremely unprofessional service; it made me feel like the waitress hasn’t been trained at all in order to work in that hotel lounge. Their jobs is to serve, they don’t get paid to boss around. The waitress with short hair didn’t even say hello and arrange us a table when we came in. She didn’t inform us what was not on the menu at the time. Instead, that lady only said ‘it’s sold out’ right after several items we picked on. Her suggestion though, wasn’t suggestive at all but it was more in a very disrespectful way. Terrible! It surprised me how it could be that such an awful service there at that hotel lounge. I don’t know how much that waitress has been experienced in life and her career but the way she does her job is very much telling me who she is. Shame on her and her job :)

An elegant and tastefully decorated lounge with a piano, and nice bar. It's right off the lobby of the Park Hyatt Saigon hotel. Great place to meet up, enjoy cocktails, tea time, or just simply light lunch. A nice and quiet evening accompanied by gentle piano. During Tet New Year holiday, it did get crowded as people are gathering to celebrate New Year at the hotel.

One of my best memories in saigon. Staff (tien) has been so kind and introduced very nicely. I tried all kind of teas and they are highest quality. I’d come back when i come to saigon next. Thanks!

The ambiance is marvellous and perfect. Very comfortable. Service is quick and staff are accommodating. Not much variety of options to choose from though. Prices are high but the place is good and foods are okay too. I personally love the chocolate drink and the canapés. A good zen and escapade that gives you real kind of peace and comfort. The musical performance just completes everything.

Fantastic service and an exceptional afternoon tea. Traditional but also very contemporary in both sweet and savoury offerings. The individual items are works of art!

‘Enchanting’ was the word in my my mind when I walked into this scene (after a dinner/drink night out and on my way back to my hotel room)✨✨ I was soooo ‘enchanted’ by the live music and classy vibes from this beautiful Park Lounge of the Park Hyatt Saigon!

Very elegant. Service is great. The food and drink are excellent! Here on a Friday night and listen to live jazz with piano. What can be better?

Great place to chill - high tea in the late afternoon or wine/cocktails in the evening with live music. We really enjoyed the beef pho soup (it's great when you are feeling a little hungry at night)

Nice lounge of the Park Hyatt hotel in Ho Chi Minh City The lounge is located at the lobby floor, very spacious, bright and spacious The food is very nice and tasty, I recommend definitely the tiramisu which is awesome For healthy salty option you can go for the super salad The staff is friendly and very professional as you can expect A piano is available and you might hear some professional staff playing lovely music during your time there

Beautiful place for afternoon high tea. I came during Tet festival and there were beautiful yellow flowers. I had a poke bowl (unusual choice) and the avocado was bitter. The blanc rose tea came with some almond chocolates which were tasty. I saw the high tea portion was quite small and not that impressive. Patrons are not allowed to use tripods in the hotel - bad news for solo travelers like myself. Didn’t get informed of this when I was making a reservation for one person. The kind waitress took a few pictures for me with the yellow flowers though.

High tea very disappointing and a very small selection of bite-sized snacks.. about 5 or 6 options plus scones. Scones were delicious, not worth 1mil+ for tea and scones. Beautifully decorated for Xmas well worth coming for a drink.

I was disappointed with the famous afternoon tea at the Park Hyatt hotel. The service could be improved for a five-star hotel. We had to wait for our drinks to be ordered when it wasn’t that busy yet and there were 4 members of staff. While it was understandable that we needed to order a bottle of water, it seemed unfair to see another table receiving water for free?? Additionally, having a guest asleep at the next table with his shoes off definitely put off from the whole experience. Overall, I would advise not having high expectations from them.

I went to this cafeteria today around 1pm. Overall, the dessert is not as good as what KOL told u about, tiramisu is so sweet, coconut ice cream is so so which not worth 300k ++ The worst part is their service, the staff here is not willing to serve customer, their face is so sad. When you call them they just try to ignore you but quickly respond to foreign customer ( except Nhung and other guy who maybe manager here). I read review of Meo ac before who said that this place is going down hill but didn't believe that. Now I can confirm it myself.

Customer service could be improved. We each ordered our own drinks. One of us ordered a teapot which came with one teacup. When we asked for another teacup so another person could try the tea, they refuse to provide the additional teacup ?! The almonds that came with the tea was a bit stale too… Update: after reading the reviews in both languages, this place seems to discriminate against the locals and nicer to the visitors

A very classy and fabulous place to have drinks with friends. Prices are reasonable and comparable to Ru Nam but with live music. I always stay at Park Hyatt Saigon when I am in town. Great place to chill. Highly recommended.

Recommended place for business meeting. Small enough, music enough, private enough, not too formal, not too casual
