Super nice local restaurant but serve authentic northern Chicken Pho, very tasty soup, you also can order different style of noodle, not only Pho, they also have Mien, Instant Noodle, Dry Noodle, make sure you order a plate of chicken salad which is special here becAuse their chicken is fresh and chewy as truely Vietnamese style. Highly recommend!

Fantastic local spot for Pho! We got the chicken pho and it was truly amazing and it comes within second! I would recommend squeezing a few lemons, adding some fresh chillies and herbs and letting it sit for a few minutes before eating.

Vietnamese pho noodles are prevalent in my country but most often than not using beefs and relying on MSG to enhance the flavor. This was a first time encountering a chicken-based pho, and I was surprised of how much I loved it! The soup was thin layered; the broth enticed my taste bud while the noodle texture danced on top of my tongue. The vermicelli and other herbs were freshly picked. A good start of my culinary journey in Ho Chi Minh!

I think hands down one of the very few top notch vermicelli chicken noodle in saigon. Quite crowded all the time, the place serves easily over 200 people at a time. The place looks small from the outside but there is alot of seating inside. Fresh chicken and vegetables used and the broth is simply amazing. Pictures below have the name of the dishes, so in case you can just show it and order. Plenty of motorcycle parking. Quick service and this is a must try in saigon.

The locals said this is a good pho. Maybe it is. But this is definitely not for me. It's a pho with chicken (wet chicken), too oily. Place is hot (which is normal), and no English. Very difficult to communicate even using Google translate (the waiter simply refuses to see it...).

Took the pho traditional with rice noodles (there are other options). The broth is rich and amazing! The chicken is soft and moist. They add fried onions which makes it even tastier. The best pho I have ever had. Highly recommended if you are a pho lover! We also tried the chicken ‘salad’ which is a mix of chicken breast, onion, spices... it’s also delicious and worth the try.

Local Southern style Chicken 🐓 Pho tucked in small alley. Very big seating space, no aircon so afternoon maybe a bit hot. Many locals eat here. Prices soso. Herbs are very fresh. Drinks stall is available, fresh juices & tea. Can try their sugar cane (Ngoc mia) juice or Rau Ma (local green drink, pennyworth juice)

i don’t know why place is so popular. yes, the chicken meat is very good but everything else like the noodles, broth, salad, flavors…very standard and not the best or anything. the chicken salad was especially disappointing and salty.

I have been long time to come here. It's so crowded like before. If you come by bike, you can park in front of the shop. Every time I came here I ordered one bowl of Vermicelli and chicken salad. That's my favorite dish. The taste of soup was not changed. But this time I feel like the chicken salad was not good. They also have other dish like Phở. But I still prefer Vermicelli. 🥰🥰🥰 I gave here 4 stars because the taste of chicken salad and the price is pretty expensive. Even its taste is good, but not that so high. 😅

I found this restaurant thanks to Netflix. The mien ga is really good here. The broth is clear and tasty. The mien ga dac biet uses as toppings different part of the chicken (not only meat). Prices are fair. Locals are coming here, too. I recommend the sugar cane drink as well.

This place has been around for over 40 years! The chicken soup noodle is so tasty. The sugarcan has verious flavour too. The place is big, but no aircondition and can be very crowded/ hot. Staffs are fast, and the price is very reasonable. Overall, i like it. Thank you.

I got the special pho at VND 70k and it was so yummy. Some people commented that the portion size was small but I thought it was just perfect so I can still have the appetite for my next meal. Highly recommend to give this place a try!

The chicken broth was fantastic, and it was the best Pho in saigon so far. The soup was a bit sweet, but it must be a traditional of souther Vietnam. Most of the customers were locals, but it was clean enough to have a quick lunch. Updated I went back here to try Mien ga a few day later. The noodles were firmer than pho noodles, so I preferred Mien noodles. There were some selections of noodles, but anyway I really like the chicken soup here. It costed 55,000 dong

The broth was clear with light taste. The use of fried shallots added an interesting layer of flavour, making me keep drinking the soup non-stop. It might be a bit sweet as it’s meant for Southern Vietnamese diners. A must try in Saigon!

Price goes with quality, but the flavor is not as good as before. The plus point is that the restaurant has spacious space, many tables and add more variety of drinks

Delicious and a must visit if you fancy a decent Pho for a decent price. 😋. Place is local but very clean. There is even a staff member that speaks English and she took the time to explain the menu👌. Order Pho Chicken and a drink and enjoy! The restaurant is very recommendable!

I ordered a bowl of Miến Gà and it was quite good. The soup was sweet because of the chicken (although the soup was fat). The miến part was easy to eat and was broil enough. The price was pretty high though. Would recommend if you want to change the flavor from normal beef Phở to chicken Phở - Sustainability: use plastic handkerchief and plastic straw - Accesibility: the place inside was quite large, the way was big enough for wheelchair rolling and no stairs to get ínide. This place would be hard if you went here by car because it was inside the alley

Their food is great, cooked in an authentic Southern style. They serve vermicelli, pho, and instant noodle in hot chicken soup. The place is a bit untidy, even though it is not uncommon in Saigon.

Place is busy but it’s not the best Mien Ga in the city. Broth is a little sweet for my taste. They also forgot crispy onions in my soup bowl. Make sure you ask for “gà với trứng lòng”. Also, you can choose to get more skin in your chicken or more lean meat. I must say their chili sauce has a nice kick to it.

Love. The chicken is the free range kind, the noodles al dente. We have been back to SGN no less than 5X and nobody can dethrone this place in my heart. This is the best Asian chicken noodle soup in the world.

The Mì gà khô (dry chicken noodles) here was such a delight. Chose egg noodles which had a lovely eggy flavor, and just the right amount of springiness. Chicken was slightly chewy, but had good texture and was really delicious. Came with a side bowl of tasty clear chicken broth, a plate of fresh basil and a plate of blanched bean sprouts. This is a local eatery, so no frills, just exceptionally good Vietnamese food. Spacious and airy. Easy to get to, at the end of an alley off the main road.

Excellent chicken pho. A bit hard to order if you can't speak Vietnamese.

Tried chicken pho & sugar cane juice. Visited twice and on both visits - immaculate, and fast service. Perfect in all respects. Highly recommended.

The food was great, the price was medium high, service was minimal. The place is famous for its glass noodle chicken soup. The service was not really okay, me and my dad ordered 3 different dishes because we wanted to try them. We weren't able to finish one of them, so we asked for a box to take the rest home and they weren't happy about us asking for a box & a plastic bag.

**Phở Miến gà Kỳ Đồng Review:** Nestled in the heart of Saigon, Phở Miến gà Kỳ Đồng offers an authentic taste of miến gà that stands out amidst the city's culinary landscape. A must-visit for both locals and travelers, it's arguably one of the finest miến gà experiences in the metropolis. Highly recommended!

I was initially excited to try this famous, rave-reviewed glass noodle chicken soup place, but was disappointed with the chicken itself. The food: the chicken meat was a bit bland, not as tasty as "gà đi bộ (walking chicken)" in the US (Southern CA standard). The broth was darker and looked to be cooked with chicken bones and little MSG, which was good. However, good cooks would have made the broth clearer. My wife makes better chicken and broth than this without using any msg, but she isn't cooking for restaurants - only for me. Hehe. The service: we went on a Friday mid-afternoon to avoid the crowd. There was no wait for a table. Servers were decent and responded to our request for additional dishes and sugar cane juice drinks. The place was big with rows of tables set in cafeteria style and waste baskets under each table. The price: it was a bit higher compared to locals. Overall: It's a slightly above average food place, but nothing exceptional to warrant craving repeat visits.

The broth is superrrr 👍👍👍 really good and savoury. The best Pho that i've tried at hcm. Must try. Location really near with city center. Only few minutes walk from district 3 Food servings also very fast. A lot of tourist came by. But only the place a bit hot. But its okay

Average food. The soup is a bit sweet. The portion is a bit small (even though we ordered the large size already). They had good/fresh herbs and beansprout though.

So so so delicious! I went in for dinner, although the place is very crowded, it is actually spacious inside, moderately clean, and the food is served very fast. The chicken broth is so good, everything is so matched with my taste. The price is reasonable for the portion and the dish. Top tier 👌

The chicken here is tender and not overly chewy, pretty staple taste imo nothing special but not a bad place. I believe other customers that feel it’s overly sweet I assume is because you have to season it with a spoon of fresh chili, lime x2 and the a spoon of fresh chili dressing in the bottle. Chicken salad was great imo should give it a try if u like herbs. Chicken egg ball on the side taste authentic though.

Good local eatery, a bit pricey but value for money as the chicken quality is good. Always crowed but food served very fast.

Definitely worth it coming here especially for breakfast, also thanks to my dad who finds out this wonderful place. If you once have a chance to come here, remember to order an “Mì gà” and trust me, this appetizing dish won’t disappoint you whether you choose to eat it with or without the broth. It is clear and aromatic surely made 100% from chicken bones which can easily tell once you tasted the broth. Besides, the noodles are super fresh yet chewy and you will always be given a generous amount of tender chicken meat containing even in a small portion. Though I’ve just eaten here twice but this tasty “Mì gà Kỳ Đồng” would be one of my recommendation for those who want to have a new and delicous breakfast in Saigon.
