Good location. I had a white coffee and surprisingly it’s not over sweetened! This is just a good coffee shop, nothing less.

First time came here, quite a decent place for a tea or two. They made very very tasty Mojito Tea indeed! Worth dropping by!

This Passio Coffee outlet has a street service counter, secure motorbike parking, and three floors of seating . The ground floor seating is open air and casual where you can also keep an additional eye on your motorbike if you have left some shopping etc in situ . The middle floor seating is enclosed but is decidedly chilly to cold . The air conditioning needs to be turned up a couple of degrees . The top floor seating is open air with foliage, large umbrellas and sturdy open wire chairs . A good view of the street is available and it's secluded seating and relaxing ambiance can be enjoyed by couples . The tea and coffee products are very well made here and the service is friendly and professional . We think that the cookies and cream iced drink is the best of all but they can run out of this in the evening . A good second best is the chocolate iced drink but we've also had the peach tea which is great and another fruity mix was also good . I have no doubt that anyone who visits this Passio outlet will enjoy the experience . I recommend this venue which is also open until 23:00 . The surrounding coffee outlets all close at 22:00 .

This is a nice place to get take away coffee. The upstairs area is nice too, it can get a little noisy and there are some adverts on the TV upstairs which can be a bit distracting when you're trying to get work done. But it's cheap and reasonable.

Nice place with comfortable air-con. Love to sit in the balcony to see the one of the busiest round-about in the area.

Good value, well made latte and espresso based coffees. Fast, clean, reliable.

Staff are friendly. Coffee with ice is ok but their hot latte is tasteless.

Wrong order, lack of straw (only 4 straw for 6 cups?). Phone number is not able to contact. This coffee shop is not good and trustworthy for any recommendations.

The place is dirty. I ordered a less sweet milk coffee, but it was so sweet that I couldn't drink it. It was a waste of money.

The absolutely best cappuccino in the whole of Vietnam....I ride 30 minutes just for a cappa.....it's not just a coffee with a delicious love heart...it's a beautiful experience 🥰🥰🥰
