Be warned not as advertised, pretty shoddy overall, I stayed because of the supposed balcony, one meter square where they keep the washing machine. Have reported to booking. Com though I doubt that will change anything as they are only peddlars of other people's lies. Cheaply built apartments that were probably falling apart from day one. You will get no help if you have problems, no receptionist to solve any issues as these are privately owned and managed by property companies. Also trying to book taxis is problematic as the address seems to cover the whole complex. I paid far too much for something very inferior even though I did my homework and most of the positive feedback is for other apartments in the surrounding buildings.

Worst rental i booken in Vietnam. Rude security, advertises as pet friendly but would not let us into our unit with a confirmation because we had cats. If you book there and try and call them nobody answers. We were left on the street during rush hour traffic by this apartment. Just a warning!

Good location, nice views. Rooms are often run down a bit, expect cockroaches and ants - it depends on your own room and your neighbours… bathroom always stinks of the sewer.

Kids really love the pool and are happy to stay here, that's all that matters when you have kids. Most of the staff are nice but a couple times they wouldn't help us get to our room when we only have 1 key to share between 3 adults we can't always have a copy of the elevator key. I realize it's not a hotel but still.

Okay well if you want a very mediocre room with the HARDEST feeling bed that's uncomfortable feel free to stay here, also the service is non existent so don't bother, you're Better off picking a hotel for the same price.

Don’t go within a mile of this joint. A straight up bait and switch. Don’t let the photos fool you, you won’t recognise the place. We arrived very early in the morning and were left a keycard to self check in. These are the problems I encountered when I arrived at the apartment. - Upon entering there was a trail of ants on the kitchen counter down to the bathroom - the room clearly has not been cleaned - Human hair scattered around on the floor, on kitchen surfaces and bathroom - A foul and stale smell, only fixed after having put on the Air conditioner for the last hour While we’re on the AC, it barely worked. - Pubic hair and small stains on bed sheets. This is disgusting. Sheets should be changed for all guests - Smelly sheets - Small cockroaches in shower drain when I tried to have a shower - General stains and filth over surfaces and walls - after laying down on the sheets for a while both my partner and I were itchy all over - No apology was given when I first informed management via whatsapp. Only the offer to change rooms at 1:00pm - The very high price of the room given the state of this apartment - The advertised photos do not even come close to the reality of the apartment. - I have taken photos to evidence my claims - When I called to enquire about these issues the manager Thuy hung up immediately. - There is no reception to ask for help, only a person who is unresponsive on WhatsApp. I ended up asking the cleaner for her number, she said she never sees the owner. I have experienced some or all of these things over years of travel. But given this is a premium price paid for HCMC, and the extent to which it was all just so wrong meant we checked out within 2 hours of arriving. We’re hoping for something cheaper and no doubt more cheerful.

Worst experience ever! Came here from a long way to celebrate the end of 2018 and it turned out that the hostess said there’s something wrong with her room so we can’t stay there and even asked us to book another hotel right away instead of looking for another room available!! It could be noticed earlier but NOT the time when the customer was about to check in!

I would give zero stars if it were possible but unfortunately it’s not. At 3am local time, same day of the beginning of our staying, our CC was suddenly rejected (note that the CC has been working on any other hotel/payment done so far). In the email, it was said that the booking would have been kept for 12 hours to give us the chance to update the credit card details. At 9am (6hours later), the booking was suddenly cancelled. Of course we were sleeping and did not see message. We believe that the structure has decided to arbitrarily cancel our staying in order to be able to sell the room for a higher price (due to increased demand for hotels in the city in these days). Now we find ourselves in the situation of having to find an hotel in Saigon for the same night with zero notice the very same day we are flying in with very low hotel availability. We tried to call the place many times to clarify the misunderstanding but no one picked up except for one time where the receptionist clearly pretended they did not speak English in order not to have to deal with us. Be aware of these people because they don’t care about their customers and if they have the opportunity to scam you, they will. Thanks for ruining our trip!

Quite surprised with the introduction of the reception about the beautiful room in the picture ? so funny the room smelled musty roaches they were pretending a script I don't know? Eat temporarily ? It is done ? I really hope not to welcome someone in the present continuity to rest here

The place is not perfect, but for the price it is very good. The rooms weren't in the best condition and there isn't really as much as service, because you also check-in by yourself, there isn't a reception to help you out. The building has some security, and they were very kind and helped us out. We were a group of three and paid 30€/night for three people and for us, who didn't want to spend to much money it was perfect.

Booked for 5 persons but there is only room for 4. Apartment is dirty, dishes & cutlery are not clean, bedsheets have stains. Can’t recommend

Good Location to explore the city. We stayed in two different rooms. The smaller rooms on the 8th floors have smaller but much softer beds. Use grab if you need a taxi

My friends and I had an escape here, and the experience was nice. The place is located far from the crowd, but not too far - you can still get a GRAB and move to fun places like pub-street. The room is very clean, and the facilities are just enough for us to do what we want. P.S: There is Vint Mart and Seven Eleven right at the ground floor.

The apartment I received didn’t look anything like the photos. The whole studio apartment was disgusting and check in process was abysmal. It seems like this place is luck of the draw who gets the nicer apartment and who doesn’t. I wish I took photos to share on here but I tried not to spend ANYTIME in the apartment. I even showered and walked around inside with flip flops on because of the poor hygiene. I wouldn’t take the risk! Stay somewhere else!

Well known building. Close to everything. Pass the bridge and you will arrive at the center. It was easy to call a taxi. The service was amazing, there were 7/11 and grocery store on the first floor. It was really convenient. They had a nice infinity pool. The gym is small but was fully equipped. The room we stayed in was on the 15th floor, it had an amazing river view and was very clean. They also had a 24/7 security and friendly access by using the card that they provided. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay for a family of 4. We stayed at Unit 4.41 and it had all the amenities - 2 queen size beds, kitchenette, a mini tv lounge and dining. The building is well kept and clean. I will recommend this place any day. Thank you Min.

An option for accommodation in District 4 with pretty good amenities. Relaxing pool, simple gym, washing machine, convenience store, etc. The staff reached out to me a day prior to my arrival and we continue the comms via WhatsApp group for easy contacts. Can seem a bit far to see some places but ride hailing in HCMC is no trouble and relatively cheap.

Danny's home was a well serviced appartment just out of town. The appartmwnt was suitable for a family and offers several mini supermarkets on the ground floor. Kids can enjoy the swimming pool on level 7, however ask for more towels as you have to use your appartment towels. You can catch a grab into town, only 65,000vnd.

Really nice apartment and like everything in Vietnam surprisingly affordable. You have a whole bunch of convenience stores on floor zero and even a gym. You get an amazing view and if your apartment is too close to the floor just take the stairs upstairs and you can acces the rooftop. The whole apartment complex looks luxurious and I can definitely recommend a stay there.

Nice space, clean and comfortable. Lots of good eats within walking distance in D4. Easy to grab a Grab and head in to the tourist area. Thuy was extremely responsive and good communicators. Highly recommend

The place is right in the heart of the city. You can hear the traffic below but being high up and with good curtains, it was not noisy. That apart, the convenience of the unit and excellent hosting by the team made us felt just at home. Thank you 😊

I was really surprised about this apartment. It was more perfect than I expected. The house is extremely clean and beautiful, the furniture is modern, the room decoration is extremely luxurious. Address easy to find, located in the city center convenient to travel. This is the most perfect vacation and travel place. A host is enthusiastic and honest. I had a great stay here

Don’t stay here! Scammers use this place to steal your money. They show beautiful rooms on listings at Agoda but you’ll be staying at a tiny room without any equipment like a hair dryer. Totally disappointed.

The rooms were spacious clean and had a small kitchen and laundry with a washing machine. Location next to a mini mart was extremely convenient and just around the corner from a busy city centre. We had no problems ordering Grabs to nearby locations like the Skydeck and to Ben Tanh markets which were only a short drive away. Also, the owner was easy and fast to contact via WhatsApp. We enjoyed our stay here :)

Great place to stay for a great price. Appartment has everything you need. Swimming pool is nice although sun beds are limited due to size. Well located close to district 1. And a 20 minute walk to most attractions. Can’t argue for the price.

Stayed there for 2 weeks, here's some of my opinions: - great location, close to D1, D3, D5 and many convenient places. You can go by walking easily get to D1 in 15' - great services since the first days till some of last days before checking out. - the river side perfect for walking around, especially during the night hours Only in the last days, there was some bad point is, the landlord has contacted us, and wanna changed a new room for us, due to some reason. It was in a rush, but was fine also as they seem sincerely doesn't want it to happen. They helped us to check out the current one, checked in to the new one. Only trouble was that this new room wasn't as good as the one we was staying at, kinda much worser condition. But my friend had to leave early after 2days and we didn't take the proposal to change to another one.

In terms of the apartment, not entirely happy as the first day we entered, we notice a really bad smell in the apartment which was not pleasant and did not go away. This flat is located in a new building named Rivergate, notably known as a high-end residential & only a few mins away from Ben Thanh Market. We can confidently say our apartment possesses an elegant design along with a magnificent view of the River, Bitexco, and Landmark 81.

I had a great time in VietNam with the experience staying in this apartment. I love the pool and the way host helped me while i was staying there. Moreover the location is perfect. I can go everywhere i want.

The host is a very kind girl. Beautiful view of the city, there is a swimming pool. There are 2 supermarkets located below.

The flat is great! Nice view, balcony, several bathrooms and lots of amenities! The 7/11 downstairs is a life saver, the pool is a great place to chill.

Very beautiful at Night Looking from Võ Văn Kiệt Street

I’ve stayed in a few units in this building several times in recent years. This complex building is located at an excellent location, easy to access to the city center and other districts of HCM. Two convenient stores are just right at downstairs (the grocery store has been closed). There are many great local food shops surrounding, clean with reasonable price. This unit was one of the best rooms that I have stayed in this condo building. It seems newly renovated. The room was sparkling clean. Since this building was built years, I found a lot of little bugs in different rooms but this one. The host installed insulation to keep bugs out, it's amazing.

We stayed at Tracy's awesome apartment at 32 floor. Apartment had many small animals, bed linens were not changed. We asked to change them and had to wait for hours. after i asked again the woman told me the cleaning lady came already and changed them. I told her we were at the apartment no one came so she changed her answer and said you are right she forgot to come. Would not recommend the place to others
