Don’t
go
within
a
mile
of
this
joint.
A
straight
up
bait
and
switch.
Don’t
let
the
photos
fool
you,
you
won’t
recognise
the
place.
We
arrived
very
early
in
the
morning
and
were
left
a
keycard
to
self
check
in.
These
are
the
problems
I
encountered
when
I
arrived
at
the
apartment.
-
Upon
entering
there
was
a
trail
of
ants
on
the
kitchen
counter
down
to
the
bathroom
-
the
room
clearly
has
not
been
cleaned
-
Human
hair
scattered
around
on
the
floor,
on
kitchen
surfaces
and
bathroom
-
A
foul
and
stale
smell,
only
fixed
after
having
put
on
the
Air
conditioner
for
the
last
hour
While
we’re
on
the
AC,
it
barely
worked.
-
Pubic
hair
and
small
stains
on
bed
sheets.
This
is
disgusting.
Sheets
should
be
changed
for
all
guests
-
Smelly
sheets
-
Small
cockroaches
in
shower
drain
when
I
tried
to
have
a
shower
-
General
stains
and
filth
over
surfaces
and
walls
-
after
laying
down
on
the
sheets
for
a
while
both
my
partner
and
I
were
itchy
all
over
-
No
apology
was
given
when
I
first
informed
management
via
whatsapp.
Only
the
offer
to
change
rooms
at
1:00pm
-
The
very
high
price
of
the
room
given
the
state
of
this
apartment
-
The
advertised
photos
do
not
even
come
close
to
the
reality
of
the
apartment.
-
I
have
taken
photos
to
evidence
my
claims
-
When
I
called
to
enquire
about
these
issues
the
manager
Thuy
hung
up
immediately.
-
There
is
no
reception
to
ask
for
help,
only
a
person
who
is
unresponsive
on
WhatsApp.
I
ended
up
asking
the
cleaner
for
her
number,
she
said
she
never
sees
the
owner.
I
have
experienced
some
or
all
of
these
things
over
years
of
travel.
But
given
this
is
a
premium
price
paid
for
HCMC,
and
the
extent
to
which
it
was
all
just
so
wrong
meant
we
checked
out
within
2
hours
of
arriving.
We’re
hoping
for
something
cheaper
and
no
doubt
more
cheerful.
