Pleasantly
surprised
by
this
recommendation.
Even
before
we
flew
into
Saigon,
we
had
so
many
local
friends
direct
us
to
try
the
pizza
at
this
chain,
though
we
were
skeptical
(because
who
eats
pizza
in
Vietnam??)
So
glad
we
managed
to
secure
a
reservation
on
Vietnamese
Women’s
Day,
when
it
was
arguably
one
of
their
busiest
week
nights.
This
outlet
is
hidden
at
the
end
of
an
alley
on
the
second
floor,
but
has
an
expansive
seating
capacity.
The
dark
industrial
chic
design
sets
the
mood
for
an
intimate
meal
(whether
with
a
romantic
partner,
family
or
close
friends).
Even
though
it
was
packed
on
the
night
we
went,
service
was
still
pretty
good.
The
pizza
did
take
a
while
to
arrive
but
they
gave
out
drinks
coupons
as
a
form
of
service
recovery.
Now
on
to
the
food
–
I’ll
say
that
it
does
live
up
to
the
hype.
Loved
the
appetisers
which
were
tasty
and
just
made
of
quality
ingredients.
We
went
for
a
half-half
pizza
and
did
the
four
cheeses
plus
the
Asian
beef
one.
I
really
disliked
the
beef,
but
oh
gosh,
I
totally
lapped
up
the
cheese
side
of
the
pizza.
It
was
light,
fresh,
creamy
and
cheesy
enough.
My
partner
quite
enjoyed
the
beef
though,
so
maybe
that’s
a
matter
of
personal
preference.
We
also
ordered
a
dessert
which
was
okay
(I
mean,
it
was
decent
but
didn’t
particularly
wow
me).
If
we
had
space
in
our
stomachs,
I
would’ve
definitely
also
ordered
a
pasta
because
the
tables
around
us
all
had
a
pasta
dish
:cries:
Oh
yes,
do
try
the
beers!
A
tad
pricey
for
local
standards,
but
the
one
with
the
sourdough
starter(?)/yeast(?)
was
absolutely
delightful.
