Toilets are not very clean on the ground floor. This 3-star hotel has an ok location in district 3 not very close to tourist attractions but there are Bbq restaurant, bakery, butcher shop, local market, convenient store near to hotel. And also your tour guide can park a scooter here easily! Wifi is good here. Staffs are friendly.

Pretty good location, yet not in the middle of the tourist area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are outdated and not spotless. TV didn't work. Staff is helpful and genuinely kind.

Love the location. Unfortunately, the room has a stingy smell (the shower curtain was old and smell). The sound proof also wasn't that great. Had a good variety of options for breakfast. Overall, it was okay.

Air conditioning is weak in the lobby and elevator. Only one door key available for a 3 person capacity room. Breakfast was great. Service is average to good. Great sized shower and bathroom has fair logic in design. Sink faucet is either full blast or off so it sprays your whole body when you wash hands. Nice chilled water dispenser in lobby. Poor money exchange rates compared to jewelry store. Must be able to navigate stairs to access lobby.

The hotel is located in district 3 so it is very convenient to travel around the city center. There are many amazing restaurants, stores, and malls near by and it is pretty easy to find a taxi. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are updated and modern. You'll get quite a good view if your room is on a higher floor.

Rooms are clean but hotel is not good. Breakfast is terrible, location isn't very central and none of the facilities it claims to have like a garden or a fitness room. Don't even think the spa actually exists. Tv is awful and barely works. Hotel Made the unbareable Ho Chi Minh city even worse. Safe to say I'll never to be back and certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The Hotel location if quiet far from central Saigon. It is more 2 star hotel standard.

Wonderful Hotel with excellent quality of staffs service, food , room services, ect . I love to visit again to stay in this hotel ....

Staff do not speak English it's very difficult to communicate when you need something. But other than that breakfast was good and they are helpful in some parts. I guess it's what you get for an average pay accommodation in Saigon.
