Beautifully decorated room, excellent lobby bar. Very good service. Staff could be better at speaking English but you can get by alright.

Huge shout out to Panda who helped me arrange for 3 business meeting rooms across two days over the phone - at the last minute no less. She was super patient, thoughtful and understanding throughout the whole process. She even welcomed me when I checked into the hotel late in the evening. Thank you for the amazing experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the road side and there was some noise from street activities (only until 2am 🤔) so make sure your room is overlooking the pool. 👍

Decent business hotel but service is not really up to the mark of a 5-star hotel. Check-in and check-out were slow and they forced a twin bed room on me even though that wasn’t my booking - had to grovel before they could change it to my original booking. With that said, I had a good sleep here and the hotel is close to many eateries and a convenience store. Breakfast and lunches here are also great and the gym is of a decent size overlooking the pool.

I had an absolutely awesome stay at Sheraton. Right from check in to departure everything was super smooth. The staff are extremely professional and curious , will go out of their way to ensure the guests have the best time in Ho Chi Minh .

Location is great as its beside Nguyen hue. Hotel looks dated but service varies. Their lounge staff is very well trained and they have good lounge meals.. Special mention to Ms thu phung who has always been helpful to resolve issues But the front desk staff needs better training. Had a bunch of service issues. They could do better and try to look into client issue but trying to apply all the protocols

I was disappointed with hotel. It’s already dated and needs renovation. And so many details which makes it even worth: you can dry your hair in front of mirror, there is no blue for hair dryer; WiFi is extremely poor and cannot upload just couple of pictures; no room refreshment before night; they took our glasses after room service and at the night we end up having no water and no glasses to drink. I can continue….

I wish to specifically compliment your hotel cafe management team Mr Minh and Mr Loi for their exceptional treatment during the course of my stay. I have been a frequent patron of hotels around the world but I have never been treated with such professionalism and I was attended with utmost warmth. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making me feel so important. The distinction between Sheraton Saigon and other 5 stars hotels around are undoubtedly the treatment by the the lads. I am deeply impressed. Thanks again for the pleasant stay and warm dinner arrangement.

An amazing hotel experience, friendly staff, above average breakfast options. I'd definitely stay again as it's on the higher scale of Sheraton hotels. The rooms were very comfortable with all amenities needed. The location was unbeatable with a good selection of food nearby and a convenience store right across the street. Staff positioned to greet guests spoke English well enough to communicate. My second time visiting Vietnam, this experience was even better than the last, this hotel had a part to play in that! Thank you 🙏🏽

Service and staff were exceptional around the clock. The hotel was able to hold onto our luggage for multiple days while we traveled to other cities. Rooms and amenities were clean. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our time at Sheraton, great location. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially at breakfast, where they had variety of choices. The room was big with balcony overlooking the city. We also loved the water pressure in the shower which you can adjust. Overall a good stay!

Had a really great stay at this hotel - rooms were spacious, complete amenities. Great gym and pool. And highly recommend their breakfast buffet, it was really good complete with Pho, Banh Mi and Coconut juice. Highly recommend staying here whenever you are in Ho Chi Minh.

Twice experienced with bad services in lounge area, kinda disappointed. Please provide more training for waitstaffs like how to communicate nicely to customers. This is 5 stars hotel, and staffs should act like one.

We stayed here 4 nights, this hotel is one of the best I,ve ever stayed in. The staff and service are incredible, the rooms are excellent. The location is close to many things in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, an excellent location. The breakfast buffett was really top shelf! I can,t fault it, some hotels in Australia could learn some things from these guys! We,ll be back again.

I have stayed here many times over the years. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Service is consistently impeccable. They always remember me when I check in. They often try to go the extra mile too - once, I even got served a complimentary double-boiled chicken soup in the room upon check in. Location is excellent with easy access to main attractions in the city. Love the hotel and the staff! Keep up the fantastic work!

Fantastic hotel with good food, service, room and location! Beautifully renovated and doesn't show a bit of her 30 years old age. Great to be back staying here after the Covid!

Have stayed in this property many times. Rooms are in good condition & the whole property is well maintained. Big fan of their location as you have so many restaurants, cafes & a shopping mall in close proximity, everything is at walking distance. Staff is amazing too, always courteous & willing to help. My favourite staff is Miss T, her job is just to open doors but she is always smiling 🙂🙂it just adds good vibes to your day.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic central location in the heart of the city. It's within easy walking distance to shopping malls and a plethora of great dining options. This convenience made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated not having to travel far for entertainment and delicious food. The hotel service manager, who made an effort to communicate with me before my arrival, was efficient and courteous. However, I did encounter some language barriers during my stay, which was a bit surprising for a 5-star establishment. Fortunately, these issues were quickly resolved with patience and understanding. Regarding the room, it was relatively clean, but there were instances where the housekeeping team missed replacing some items. Thankfully, a quick call to the concierge promptly rectified these oversights, which was commendable. One notable drawback was the cleanliness of the bathroom shower, where I discovered black mold growth. This wasn't very pleasant, as a high-end hotel should maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout. I hope this is something they can improve upon in the future.

Had a Christmas buffet here it was epic. Lobster, river prawns, oysters, prime rib/turkey/massive ham, sushi/sashimi and loads of Thai, Vietnamese and Indian dishes available. The best Xmas dinner I ever had and I'm 45 years old.

Had a pleasant four-night stay at the hotel. The room service and amenities are as expected of a five-star hotel. Breakfast and lunch were pretty good. The facilities are great, and the staff is helpful.

I have join a conference here. Staffs are very friendly and lovely. They ready to support you. Location is in the center downtown - near Nguyen Hue walking street so if you stay here, you can easy go to walking to there :)

A bit dated. The breakfast is great but not the lunch. Pho is too dry which surprised us.. The gym is also outdated. Great pool, we started the day with a swim and it is very peaceful and calm in the morning. Rooms are spacious.

An unbelievable experience at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers. After searching for the best hotel to stay in Saigon, we decided to stay at the Sheraton. Glad we made the right choice because Alvin and the Sheraton staff was friendly, helpful and they provide excellent services. It’s why when my friends want to find a hotel to stay, I told them to stay at Sheraton. It’s also why we are returning to the Sheraton after our trips. Thank you, Alvin Kim for your service and Sheraton staff for making our stay a memorial time.

These people are absolute garbage. First they switched the price of my room, then they were horribly rude about it. Low level grifters. Everyone was horribly rude from the bellhop to the front desk person. This is a one star hotel pretending to be a five star hotel. These guys are a joke. Laughable customer service. High-end travelers, please look somewhere else!!

I heard the rooftop had a revival. Not really. The hotel looks aged from the window sills to the tiling. They can dress it up they want with Gucci, B&O and Rinowa but it still looks like a dump when you look at the place closely. 2 stars. Less than average until proven otherwise.

Excellent quality rooms and service, as to be expected from an international 5-star hotel chain. All the facilities in this 5-star hotel are great. Located centrally within the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, very close to lots of boutique clothing stores, high-end shopping, a block away from Nguyen Hue walking street, many good restaurants nearby. Special mention to the team at the 5th floor Sheraton Club Lounge, professional and attentive at all times, great food and quiet space for meals and meetings over food or drinks. Great buffet breakfast. Good quality and variety.

Still my favorite hotel in Saigon even though few services were slightly not up to previous standards due to pandemic. Renovated room in Saigon Tower had fresh decor was well-maintained. Breakfast was very good but few can be improved like pastry, dim sum. All staff were very friendly and professional: Hue (check in counter), Keon (concierge), Tuyen Kophi, Loc (executive lounge) and Tien (restaurant manager). Also Ms Hang, new front desk manager.

The staffs are friendly. The cleaning service also working hard to make sure our room is clean again. The location is strategic. The food and facilities also ok. My room has Game board (Monopoly and Chess board).

The hotel is well located with hundreds of choices for shopping or for having a meal around. The spacious room looks great with a beautiful modern feel, but with a few flaws that should be improved: - the shower doesn't get enough pressure or hot water at least in the upper floors, plus water evacuation is not great so you end up wading in 2cm of water - the fire detector(s?) on the ceiling. Please hotels directors/managers stop puting detectors with super strong LED which illuminate your rooms like a lighthouse once all lights are turned off. The sports center & pool were also nice, gorgeous outside pool, but again experience a bit ruined by the lockers' shower not properly functioning. The morning breakfast, buffet style offered a large choice of different cuisine including traditional Vietnamese. The staff was polite and professional in all parts of the hotel.

We have a group of 24 staying here. From their regular rooms to even the Presidential Suite. The location was incredible. Close and walking distance to everything. We loved how big and spacious all of the rooms were. The kids loved ordering room service, a bit pricey but the food was really good. The breakfast buffet was good as well. Last but not least the customer service was superb. Super helpful and always accommodating. This is our second time here and won’t be the last. =)

Rooms at the Grand Tower are larger than the main building but a bit dated. Soundproofing not 100% as well in a noisy city like HCMC. Breakfast selection not promptly refreshed with lots of empty items at 9am. On the plus side, the food and alcohol selections at the Club Lounge during the daily 6-8pm are generous and enough for dinner! Club Lounge staff proactive and friendly.

Had a terrible experience with the customer service staff today, June 16, 2022. When I checked in yesterday, was told by one customer service staff that buffet breakfast would be provided the next morning, however was turned down the next day and was told by another staff it is not available. My room is 908. It is really disappointing that breakfast is not even provided in a 5-star hotel! The check-out process is another pain. The room was booked by my company with payment details on the booking itself. However I was told during check out that she could not find such info and asked me to use my own card to make the payment. It wasted another 30 mins for checking out. Definitely this is not a 5-star hotel standard that I’d expect. Will never stay here again from the experience today.

It's better than Sheraton Hanoi in term of the room, though it felt more compact. Breakfast at Saigon cafe offer variety of choices. Hotel location is superb. Next to mosque & halal saigon restaurant. 15min walk to Ben Thanh market. Walking street is just nearby so that can walk around at night. Trung Nguyen Legend cafe is just opposite.

A very comfortable experience staying here for 8 days. The laundry service was on point. The breakfast option included vietnamese, malaysian, and Western food options. The king room on the 15th floor was relatively spacious, but it's very noisy due to events happening around the nearby main street. The concierge service was exceptional and really downright helpful when used. They recommended some food hot spots in the city and helped arrange transportation. The central location of the hotel in District 1 means pretty much the whole district could be walked or got a bike.

I stayed 2 nights in a Club Studio Twin. I think this is the best hotel choice in Ho Chi Minh City. 〈Location〉 Located on Dong Khoi street, perfect for sightseeing. It is 30 minutes drive from the airport. 〈Room〉 Rooms have high ceilings and great views. Housekeeping did an excellent job. No shortage of amenities. If I may be so selfish, it would have been nice to have 2 bath mats, one for the bathtub and one for the shower! 〈Breakfast〉 Satisfied with local food such as pho and bahn mi. Other menu items are average. 〈Club Lounge〉 Excellent food and staff hospitality. Especially the food at night is very good and you should try it. 〈Staff〉 Perfect from check-in to trouble shooting.

Hotel is very nice. Every day when room was made up, they replenished it with four bottles of water and was very nicely appointed. The lounge was the highlight – very nice offerings and staff were very attentive and polite. We very much enjoyed our stay and it would come back again.

Stayed here for an extended period and had to move rooms 3 times. They have 2 towers, one renovated one not. I stayed in both. The renovated tower has spacious rooms that are well appointed. Lots of plugs and such. Feels nice but the quality lacks a bit. Water takes a while to get hot. I lost power twice. AC went out once. Room next door flooded and smell was really bad. Pool is decent but only 3-4 hours of sun due to buildings blocking. Executive Lounge made up for it all though. Staff are sooo friendly and helpful. Food and booze are as they should be for Sheraton. I might return.

I spent two nights at Sheraton Saigon last weekend and found it a great hotel. The location is convenient, the room was very clean, the service was good. The food and the service at the executive lounge was impressive. The staff at the executive lounge and the Concierge were pleasant, customer-centric and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 10 days for Business. Room size is good and comfy. Location is great as it’s downtown and have a lot of nice restaurants you can eat from around the area. Room service is good. Breakfast choices is vast and fresh. Good valie for money. Will stay again when in Saigon.

Note ; A passport is required to book a room Every single staff member here provides exceptional service. Most of the staff also knows english if that's a requirement for you as well. During the time of this review, there were a lot of Christmas decorations which provided families a great opportunity for photos. I booked a room for two people and it was absolutely spacious with a king sized bed and a long couch. This hotel is a must book if you're looking for a mid-range 5 star hotel. (Half the price of the other 5 star hotel down the street) There's also a fun 24/7 casino which you need a passport to enter. My only complaint is how expensive it is for laundry, approximately $4 USD per article of clothing.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Ho Chi Minh city. I would strongly recommend the Sheraton Hotel. Whether we are travelling for business or pleasure a Marriott Hotel is always our first choice. I just like to say a big thank you to all of the staff at the Sheraton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh city Vietnam for making my wife's birthday such a wonderful day. We would also especially like to say a big thank you to the team at the 5th Floor club lounge and also to housekeeping who decorated the room beautifully to celebrate her birthday. We really do appreciate everything you do for us when we stay with you.

1st time staying at sheraton. Gonna say that checking in to checking out the experience is seamless. Rooms are clean and equipped with anything you need for the stay. As usual noise pollution is always a factor but you will get used to it. Walking distance to a circle k next door for your urgent needs. No complaints so far. Will return if given a chance to.

Good value, great location, friendly & helpful staffs. Definitely will repeat my visit to this hotel. Food at the lounge was delicious and do try the iced Vietnamese coffee!

Excellent choice when coming to Ho Chi Minh City. Service is superb and the rooms and restaurants are really well decorated. The only drawback is that was that the air conditioner in my room wasn't very good. Other than that everything was perfect, even the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. Will definitely be back. Price to quality ratio is very good
