Very good service here. I wanted to know the price before walking in since I didn’t have insurance in Vietnam, so I contacted via FB messenger, and stated what I would need. After a bit of chat conversation, they called me and told me the approximate cost and everything was super clear. The facility looks very new and feels nice, and they all speak English even though most of patients at the time of my visit were locals. The process felt easy/straightforward/familiar even as a foreigner without any Vietnamese. The fee here is surprisingly affordable for the environment and service. Highly recommended👍

Fabulous experience for foreigners and locals alike. The staff are incredibly sweet and pleasant in a genuine way (not phony). The facilities are extremely clean and the doctors speak fluent English. Procedures can happen daily so there's an added level of convenience to your experience (you can book as early as the same day or the following day for what you need to address). I had to have a colonoscopy done and we literally booked the appointment for the day after the consultation. After the experience, the doctor explained to me in perfect English what some of my problems were and how to fix them, and then informed me to pay at the register afterwards; all steps were very clear from beginning to end. Needless to say, this hospital is EXTREMELY organized, so you're never waiting or figuring out what to do with yourself while under their treatment/consultation/appointments. Everything is carefully orchestrated so that the entire experience from consultation to procedure is smooth and seamless at all times and you're never feeling any discomfort whatsoever or awkwardness. The nurses were even sweet enough to help me practice Vietnamese in brief conversations while we waited (a very small amount of time - less than a minute) for the doctor to get the surgery room ready. Victoria is also in a very convenient location, in District 1. And did I mention affordable? You won't find Victoria's prices ANYWHERE in Asia! Not only did they give me verbal recommendations and prescription medicine after the experience, but they also gave me a free gift bag for trying out their services, plus a USB that had the files of my appointment information stored on it. No one else in Vietnam does this, so to my mind they go the extra mile. And it makes a HUGE difference! Customer service is so crucial for any business, and this hospital has it down perfectly! I'm so grateful that I was able to discover them amongst everything else in HCMC. It's easy to get distracted with bad services in a big city, but fortunately for me this wasn't one of them for sure. An absolutely fabulous FABULOUS hospital for reasons mostly too numerous to name in a review. Highly highly HIGHLY recommended!

I came to this clinic to see a neurologist regarding excruciating pain that I have suffered for two months after my sister told me to see one (she is a doctor in neurosurgery in the UK and said it was nerve related pain). The neurologist at the Victoria, District 1 branch seem baffled by my symptoms (although these symptoms are common with my condition), then tried to blame it on my mental health and muscle mass!? He didn't give me any scans, or X Rays, just anti inflammatory and muscle relaxants as a week's course. My sister was confused by this and of course i had to sufferer even longer. My sister told me to go for an MRI and she would diagnose me from the MRI report. It turned out I have two slip discs that are pressing on two nerves! This may require surgery. Please do not risk your health visiting this clinic, this doctor is incompetent and could have very well caused further damage to my spine through his misdiagnosis. Blaming someone's mental health also is absolutely disgraceful and could cost someone's life, especially without the correct tests and scans.

Service at Victoria health care is much worse than before. I did the general test at Victoria more than a week ago, and they said the doctor would call during the day and they would send the result via email. But nothing happened after a week( no call, no email). I had to call to ask about my result, then they sent it to my email. But the test i want to see is not shown there, i asked the staff about it and they kept saying it there without explanation, at the end they said they would send the additional one tomorrow. I had a fews questions regarding my result, the staff said that the doctor would call me to explain in the evening and again nothing happened?

Front desk staff is very polite. Came here and saw several doctors. I have been misdiagnosed by several doctors for separate health issues.Do not expect doctors with a high level of "expertise" over here. The clinic is price wise quite competitive compared to the western hospitals, although do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic, if you are seeking a consultation from high skilled physician.

What a terribly incompetent service We did made a booking and got requested to proceed "Online Declaration Form" at home to save time, avoid in contact especially not waiting for too upon arrival, just need to scan the code then we can go in. Obviously we followed all necessarily requirements. My husband arrived and he was still in a long line because the scanner at Victoria Dinh Tien Hoang doesn't work or whatever then they gotta get customers to Declare in writing. My husband had food poisoning from the night before, he vomited a lot and not feeling well but still got sit to wait on G floor, 3rd floor and 5th floor and until the doctor finish his call with someone. So what is the point for doing Online Declaration at home while we still have to do it again? Patient was in pain and keep waiting at G floor, 3rd floor, 5 floor for what??

I have been treated by their Cardioloist and their Internist. Both were very thorough and professional.

Dedicated staff and doctors. From the moment you arrive, the clinic plus is staff attitude from parking to security, very enthusiastic, cheerful and devoted instructions, and after check-in, staff will guide you very detail. The doctors are very talented and devoted. I am very happy with the service here. Strongly recommend.

The doctors here are pretty good and don't rush you. They give you time to explain your problem and actually pay attention to what you are saying. I also like that they don't pressure you into expensive tests. I have had bad experiences at other clinics (FV) that always want to upsell you on unnecessary treatments. On the negative the facilities are a bit dated and small.

Medical service and administrative functions have continued to improve Closing Victoria is value for money for international standard private healthcare in Saigon... Why pay more nothing unless you are fully insured, money is not your concern

Recommended! The clinic staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are chill 😂 and provide very good explanation and prescription. I got sinusitis and after treatment here I got way better! I will come back.

Wonderful medical clinic. Wish I had known about this place earlier for our medical check ups. The staff are very professional and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor at all. The consultant was very thorough and the Dr. was very good at explaining everything and spoke English very well. He didn’t rush the appointment like other doctors I’ve been to. So glad to have found this clinic. I would definitely recommend it. The fees are so reasonable too. Amazing service, prices and facilities.

Doctors and nurse dont know about vaccine and names, i asked 2 times by two doctors, and nurse brought wrong vaccine. Asked Doctor again about the vaccine and they said they dont have a vaccine what i need. If I couldn’t check, they could inject me wrong vaccine Take a risk and check everytime if u go here

The nurses did a great job at getting me into all of tests, though not all the facilitators could answer questions about the tests they were giving- it was def a language issue. Also, the receptionist/ billing department say contradictory information-just a heads up.

Initial phone call was great, I told the very fluent operator my problem and the type of specialist I wanted to see. She asked for more information and seemed to really care about giving me the best options. At the clinic, all the staff were very friendly and things were organized. On to the doctor. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but English was just OK. He listened but didn't ask much and swiftly recommended an MRI without any physical examination. Victoria doesn't have MRI machines at any of it's clinics so he put me in contact with another clinic that can do it. Fair enough, except the clinic I was connected to aren't covered by my insurer (at least directly) and don't really cater to international patients. The doctor gave me the phone to talk to them... and the person on the other end didn't speak English. He did give me some decent medicine though which has relieved some of the pain that over the counters didn't. I think I would give Victoria a second chance but probably not for anything major.

I cannot recommend Victoria Clinic. (1) I developed no anti-bodies after a series of Hep B vaccinations, yet two doctors here told me NOT to undergo a second series of vaccinations even though 30-50% do respond to a 2nd series; (2) a doctor told me to stop using a medication (Crestor) that I absolutely need for plaque in my arteries; and (3) the same doctor prescribed an inhaler for my COPD, with instructions to use it ONCE in the morning, even though the inhaler is only effective for 12 hours and must be used twice daily.

The staff are very nice, they can speak english. I met with Dr. Quang, he explained well about my problem. And not push me to get a lot of medical evaluation. He also shared with me the cost before did the treatment. The price is quite affordable for me. They also help me with care for some paper report for my insurance. This is one of my favorite place for treatment in HCM city.

Horrible experience! It was not clear to guide the foreigner to use the insurance while checking up at this hospital. The customer service was so bad, instead of offering a decent solution, they tried to blame on others. Never come back again!
