bad attitude. I Hope that I I could read these comment in here before . My braces process is doing in very long time than normal but Doctor doesn't care about it. They just request patient pay enough the cost first . :-((( . very wait my time and money . So disappointed.

High quality Dental hospital in HCM city. Doctor & staffs are high skill, services are ok.

I got four if my wisdom teeth extracted at minor oral surgery department by Dr Vi. Two teeth divided into two sessions. She made sure i understood the steps we where going to take before and during the surgery. She made sure i didn't feel any pain. She gave me clear instructions to follow post surgery. I chewed food with one side while the other one was healing. It took one week to heal completely without any side effects.

bad attitude - no instructions (if you ask, receptionists will answer with a few words) - I have a toothache (they take me 1 hour and a half for medical examination (and wait), 2 times of payment and then a WEEK for minor surgery WITHOUT any instructions for pain relief

The speaker should be louder so that the patient can hear their turn.

The best service I ever had in a public hospital. From the receptionists to the dentists, they were very friendly and kind. This one has completely changed my mind about public service in Vietnam.

Never come back again because the service was not friendly, the bad attitude, and the doctor, Ms. Tam, and her colleagues, another woman, I didn’t know her name. They made my child so scared. I feel that they were very rude!

Medical staff and dentists are caring. Dentists are highly skilled and professional. Price is OK. I pay 950k for a wisdom teeth removal (my case is simple). The attitude of the reception is OK, not that bad like other reviews said. Overall, I am satisfied and would come back if having teeth issues.

My doctor was Trân Ngoc Quang. Extremely kind professional helpful doctor. I recommend this dentist hospital. It’s public and cheaper than private doctors. I paid 50k consultation. 150k xray. 70k precise xray. Super cheap and also extremely fast. i spent here in total only one hour. Some people here on Google complain that the waiting time takes long. They have to understand that sometimes there are lots of people at the same time. It is not the doctors or hospitals fault. And this is a public hospital after all. If you don’t want to wait long or just a checkup, come under the week where it is not busy, not on Sunday-Monday.

Excellent Orthodontic Treatment

The doctor who gave the advices to remove my wisdom was very nice but i forgot her name, most of staffs here are very friendly even security guy cum a guide who is standing at token dispenser machine, he is quiet old but very energetic at work. At the beginning, i was very scared and nervous in surgery room but there was a young woman doctor who will perform surgery my wisdom, she was very sweet and really know how to soothe and comfort patient.

Taking my wisdom tooth out. So happy with the service of Dr Quang and Nurse T Thao. Very dedicated consultation and fast work.

Sincerely thanks to Dr Thai Ha, Mr Quang and other two lady nurses who consoled, encouraged me go through my 3 wisdom teeth extraction. I had right side bottom tooth which was removed 7 years ago in a private dental office, it was freaking pain that I am obsessed until now. However, after 30s Dr Thai Ha removed my upper right side tooth, I knew that I was in good hands. The process about 30 min - full of hygiene, speedy and accuracy. They kept encouraging and carefully advises me aftercare steps. Although it was late- crowded Saturday afternoon (Sep 23rd), you could see they trying their best to bring good experiments for patients. One more time, shout out my appreciation to Dr Thai Ha, Mr Quang and their team, Vietnamese medicine needs enthusiastic and experienced doctors/nurses like all of you. Thank you so much !

I would like to rate my experience on June 7, 2022, with 3 points. When I entered, I clearly stated my purpose, which was to have my 4 wisdom teeth checked and receive advice on whether they needed to be removed. The staff here are quite nice, but it was busy, so the main dentist didn't have time to listen or provide a detailed consultation for me. As a result, I entered the hospital at 10:40 am and had to wait until 3.43pm for ready ONE single tooth removal operation. Then, I received the information that my operation might not be delayed until tomorrow, as they close at 4 pm0’NEARLY 5 HOURS just to close and prepare for ONE TOOTH removal !!.Alternatively, I could choose to avail of an extra hour of service and finally my operation finish at 6.37pm, which was was very smooth. it has compensated for all the frustration of the day.. Insufficient time management and uncleared process were the main points that disappointed me. I hope the hospital can improve by providing clear procedures and timelines to patients at the beginning, so that they know what procedures they are going to have and can estimate the time required.
