because it's new, you wont see many crowd in here, but i think it's just for a while until many people know abt this place. pros : _ very clean, clear and not smell (even smell of substance) _ design is open, with lots of glass make people feel relax and comfortable. _ price is good, near the same as many modern hosp in Vietnam _the machine is new and modern _the staff is enthusiasm and young. love that. cons: cant find anything that i dont sastified abt this place till now. conclusion : super highly recommend

Very disappointed. One month ago I went there with my injured toe as the hospital has many good reviews. Even though I couldn't walk because of pain and my finger wasn't straight the doctor said it was nothing serious and that I would recover in two weeks. After one month there is no change still feel pain and can't walk normally. I think it's something more serious and I need to do an MRI (I suggested that he should do an MRI but he said an X-ray was enough.) On the X-ray, the toe wasn't straight ( I could also see it with my eyes without the X-ray) but he didn't adjust it ( I also asked him to do it ) he said no need to do it. Apart from the doctor, the other employees were very helpful.

I am really disappointed with the service here. I went in for 4 stitches, which cost me 2 million VND (1.5 million for stitches, 300k for emergency services and the rest are for gloves, cotton, and alcohol). I'd rather the staff be welcoming, take good care of me, give me some pills, test for covid, take x-rays and everything, then I think it might be worth it. But none of those was provided. I was bleeding, but they made me wait 30 minutes and the emergency doctor just was walking around and told the nurse to ask the surgeon to go downstairs and stitch my wound up. While I was waiting, I couldn't get at least a paradol pill (cost only 1,000 VND) =))) After around 30 minutes or so, the surgeon did not go down (don’t know what happened but I think the emergency doctor should be the one in charge of the emergency room, especially a minor surgery like this), the emergency doctor decided to stitch the wound himself. Not until my wound is stitched up, did I sign the consent form for minor surgery. Needed to say, the emergency doctor carelessly wrapped my hair in a bandage at the wound, my hair is bloody and dirty, really confusing. Also, the conversation between the doctor and the nurse did not make me feel relieved at all. Another case went in (circumcision), this doctor said "busy surgery, ask the surgeon", but my case is just a minor surgery taken only 5-10 minutes. At first, he didn’t stitch my wound, and then also reject the following case. even though that case was not an emergency, but I found that the attitude of this doctor seemed to be heartless or, worse, he did not know how to perform such minor surgeries. My family in DL also has a clinic, and I know the cost of this stitch. Even it’s difficult to compare DL vs HCM city, this price is still quite exorbitant with such a poor service. In general, it is named as an international hospital, but the price is not equivalent to the service. If you want to go to an international hospital then go to FV, you will at least feel that the money you spend is worth it with attentive care and luxurious facilities. Or, go to University Medical Center HCMC, Vinmec Hospital… otherwise, go to public hospitals with the same service but lower price. As for me, I will never go back to this hospital again.

Brand new hospital. Not busy at all. Got a back surgery there and everything is immaculate. Head doctors and surgery are speaking English. Nurse still have a little work to around English. But very satisfied overall.

Very new hospital, friendly staff

For me, Its a good hospital. Doctor is good, staff is okie. The minutes point the elevator was too slow, it maybe not good for the patient waiting too long to get in their room. I had my own health insurance, its took 2 hours for me to see the doctor and Direct Billing. Its not too bad. Note: you need to go to insurance department if you want to use Direct Billing for your own insurance. Otherwise, there is another place for customer pay themself.

Good service, they are well organised and quite clean

Super fast service and caring from the front desk, doctor, pharmacy and to the payment department. They prioritize babies which gives us a great experience going to this hospital. It is way better than our hospitals in Canada.

Don't come here. Quá chậm chạp, amateur, hệ thống IT lỗi, không hiển thị số thứ tự. Chỉ chạy 1 phòng siêu âm trong khi có 3 phòng. Bệnh nhân xếp hàng dài chờ siêu âm. Có bệnh nhân xếp hơn 2 tiếng. Chụp X-quang thì không nhắc rõ bệnh nhân nữ phải thay đồ. Khi đến lượt thì bắt ng ta thay đồ rồi gọi người khác (cũng là nữ) vô chụp luôn mà không cần thay đồ bệnh viện. Tóm lại là kém.

Never go to this hospital, worst thing that will happen to you. I came in one time in a dire situation but all they care about was procedure, nobody speaks English too, so if your situation needs immediate attention, this is not the place to go, or risk dying, literally!

They take the covid test in front, other medical services inside. Very good services, they even have khmer language instruction

Very disappointed with hospital the result my mother was in emergency after one day back from Nam Hospital Vietnam because her blood glucose too low. since she take medecine in Cambodia never have this happen. My mother traveled from Cambodia to check up her diabetes type 1 there and she hope get better medecine than before. We spent lot of money for checking up and medecine but it was worse service and the price of medecine more expensive than Cambodia 2 times.

Had an emergency (couldn't move or walk) and came here at 10:00. They took my money before they told me to wait for 6(!!!) hours! Wish I could save my time wasting at this place.

I had an excellent experience with this hospital when I needed to undergo a minor surgery. The staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were clean and modern, and the equipment was state-of-the-art. The surgery went smoothly and I recovered quickly. The hospital also provided me with clear instructions and follow-up care. The hospital was quite affordable. I think it was one of the best medical care that I could get in Ho Chi Minh City. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical attention in Ho Chi Minh City.

I have just been there on external consultation for my mum who fell twice on her left shoulder and has been in pain for 3 days. Pros: The hospital is modern, clean, not crowded, with lots of staff who guide you after each step. We did not wait too long, even for the x-rays; we were out after 2 hours. Cons: a bit more expensive compared to other hospitals (375,000 vnd for the specialist consultation, 425,000 vnd for the x-rays), the doctor only examinate the x-ray results and did not perform physical examination on my mum's shoulder.

Extremely high-quality care, very attentive, professional, caring staff. I came in the middle of the night and they immediately took good care of me. Best healthcare experience I've ever had and I come from New York. Mostly leaving this review for myself so if I'm ever in the region and need anything, I'll come here.
