I had an eye infection and first went to European Eyecare place but they misdiagnosed my infection and more than double what Hai Yen charged. There were several doctors at Hai Yen and had full compliment of staff with several assistants. Great waiting rooms, excellent service. The doctors diagnosed my eye infection and prescribed proper medications. The diagnosis cost much less than European Eyecare and including costs of medication was still much less. My treatment and follow-up visit helped cure my acute infection. ******Warning:****** Only caveat that cost them 5 stars is they try to cross sell way too many products without proper explanation why you need it until I insisted on then explaining to me what each item was for. I found out 2 of the items were for saline solutions that would probably last 6+ months of use. Removing that saved me half of the total cost. I had already brought saline solutions and eye drops from overseas.

A pleasant experience and quite surprising as well given that their whole website is in Vietnamese. All of the staff were polite and spoke English quite well. The receptionist saw my appointment notes and even asked if I wanted to actually see the doctor after my check-up as it was not necessary and it would result in a much cheaper total fee if I didn't see the doctor. A great example of how this company puts customers needs first. Regardless, we opted to see the doctor for a consultation regarding my eyes. The overall price was as stated in our initial zalo conversation and we had a great time here. Thank you for your time and dedication, you have earned yourself 2 new permanent customers. Just had lasik done here. Very professional staff, and a clean and quality facility. Most of the staff speak enough English, and there is always someone available to translate if needed. They are very good at explaining everything, and my vision is perfect now! Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Had an eye examination to determine suitability for eye surgery. The staff was professional and courteous. In the end, after deciding to opt out of the surgery after the consultation, the clinic kindly offered a 25% discount on the eye exam fee. I strongly recommend the clinic for its transparence and level of care for its patients.

Incredibly professional service and facilities and only 150k for consultation with an ophthalmologist. Kind doctors and efficient staff, and it was lightning fast to book an appointment (last minute) on a Sunday. In and out in 20 minutes with cheap prescription medicines. Top class.

Great easy eye check process. Unfortunately, I was not qualified for SMILE and they recommended ICL, but the process is too long for what I am able to do. They are very reputable and genuinely look out for what is best for you. Would recommend for SMILE and ICL if you have two months!

I had known for several years that I needed cataract surgery and after reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to visit Hai Yen Eye Care. I was impressed with the modern facilities and equipment and I was also very impressed by the highly professional staff and expert personnel at Hai Yen. Therefore, I decided that this was the place where my cataract surgery would take place. The surgery performed on my left eye was quick and painless. I am very happy to report that for the first time in over 60 years, I no longer need to wear glasses! My experiences at Hai Yen Eye Care have been All Good and I highly recommend this establishment for all of your eye care needs.

Visited the clinic for regular eye exam while I had floaters, the doctor check my retina with funduscopy. I’ll consider to have laser eye surgery here if the travel ban isn’t lifted. Regular eye exam charged 500K VND which is fair. Recommended
