I had never left a country with a great final experience until now that I've found these guys and their homestay. There were so many different features that left me extremely impressed with over here during my stay and it blew me away because I wasn't expecting it. If you're looking for the best place in town to stay then listen up here are some reasons why you would want to stay at this place. 1. The rooms here are very generously spacious and I am not exaggerating it is the biggest room I've ever stayed in overnight anywhere. It is like having a whole apartment to yourself. I was impressed with how clean the room that I've stayed in was I didnt run into a speckle of dust, the furnitures were like brandnew. The environment was very comfortable there is a powerful airconditioner that will regulated the exact temperature to your comfort. 2. When i saw the price advertised I thought I was paying average but when I saw the room I was blown away on how spoiled I was for the price that I was paying. For the same price I would have gotten a room 1/4 of the size and not as nice as this one. A tourist like myself see this as a goldmine. If i had stayed for a week or two all the room here would have been booked by me for those duration. This is my first stop to find a room everytime I go to Ho Chi Minh City if no room is available I would stay at a hotel only until a room becomes available here. 3. The people are fascinating. I was saved by these guys. When i arrived in Ho Chi Minh City I was out of luck to find a hotel room because it was late pass midnight. I however stumbled upon these guys through an online ad. I messaged them and they responded almost immediately. I found hope but I had some issued with my account on the app I was using so they were willing to improvise letting me stay the next day without worrying about the payment right away. I've also woke up late but they didn't bother me. I had such a great sleep. When i got up they helped me find a restaurant and a coffee shop nearby. They were very trustful of me a stranger to their home which made me really suprised. I had a few hours before my flight began so they told me to hang out at the lounge until i was ready to go. I had a fun chat with them. They are young motivated entrepreneurs thats going to make a huge impact on the way we see the quality of hotels. I've met Ben, Alex and Shell they were a cheerful bunch and never had they made me felt uncomfortable. 4. The location is perfect. I had plenty of time to loaf around until I was ready to go to the airport. The international airport is about 15-20 minutes away with no traffic which gave me plenty of time to chill at the lounge, better than sitting around at the airport dying of bordom. I don't often give reviews unless the place is mediocre or amazing and this place by far the most amazing place that I had ever reviewed. Best place in town to lived like local when u in vietnam. Most wanted place warmful and cozy with traditional Homestay style. High recomment Ben airbnb. I love this style and love all stuff decor remains century 19s reply. 🛌enjoy every moments

This was a very convenient stay. The staff made a whatsapp group so that we can co-ordinate the check in and other communication easily. The checkin process was easy. The room is very spacious and clean. They have a kitchen for use and a balcony. The location is a bit interior, you may need to walk to main road for supermarket and restaurants. The host was able to provide us all the necessary details about the nearby eateries which was helpful. To get around the city we used grab cars, it was easy to get cabs. To go to Cu chi tunnels, the host recommended us a driver, costed us about 97 USD, which felt a bit expensive, but the driver and cab were good. The only inconvenience was the bathroom, it was stinky, not sure of what. It was stinking the minute we checked in and the smell was there throughout. We had to keep the bathroom closed all the time. We even tried room freshners but it did not help. There is no exhaust in the bathroom. So if you could get that fixed. It would be great for other guests. Other then this our stay was great and convenient.

Very well located, awesome service and very easy going people. The area is full of lovely street food stalls, cafés and walking distance to the main activities such as the war museum and the Post Office, amongst other things. Although, walking distance was a good 15 to 20 minutes, so more for the walking type of people. For others, Grab works very well.

This is an unsafe place for travelers. There has been a theft (motorbike). But the leasing side has not ignored it. This greatly affects me and my friends.
