This place is beautiful place where you can spend your time near the Ho Chi Minh tourist area. The reason why I am giving just 3 stars is we could not stay there because of smell in the room. The property looks like after a brand new reconstruction so the rooms are beautiful but we felt an eyes-scratchy chemical smell. Maxbe it was just in our room but there was no other room for us that time. We had to go somewhere else as my wife was after eye surgery. When I know there is no smell anymore I will update this review for 5 star review definetely!!!

Located off of Bui Vien street. The manager, Mr. Long is a great guy. I highly recommend this place to any future travelers looking for a good hostel. Has a place to cook food and wash clothes. Need your own ingredients for the food and your own washing detergent for the clothes.

Smelly, messy, old and most hately they are having renovation behind the hostel and it literally drilling next to my bed. I can even feel the vibrations n loud noise since 7am! They will flush down bad comments here by fake reviews. Trust me, you will regret it. I cancelled the booking for next day. Also guests love to smoke weed at entrance, even the receptionist never stop them but sit together! I feel like it is a Dodgy place, even i m a 40 years old guy. Small room squeeze in 8 ppl without window and stuffy. Mold smell!

The room is good and small but the bed is nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and big enough. There is hot water for the shower. The owner Mr.Long is so kind and nice. The location is on Bui Vien Street, in the center of HCMC. There is a washing machine and kitchen on the top floor

All the facilities you could want are included in your stay and the owner is super helpful and relaxed. It is great value for money and definitely not unclean - as some reviews have noted. Definitely worth staying here.

perfect location , friendly staff

Very warm welcome on arrival and the receptionis helped me with my bags. Cheap place to stay incl. breakfast. U booked the female dorm. Under de bed (locker) was dirty. When I hopped into bed I was joind by another 'guest'. I squashed it immediately and informd the reception. He offerd me another bed in the same room which I declined (bedbugs can travel over 12 mtr per night!) and then a bed in a mixed dorm which I didn't feel comfortable with. Apology's accepted, I grabbed my sleeping liner and went to sleep. Next morning I left and he cancelled my booking as a No show. I understand why they have a high rating. Quite dishonest. Just keep the place clean, especially under the beds!

Fantastic hostel with a really helpful owner - I forgot some headphones and he very kindly posted them on to Hanoi for me. I was very grateful! The room in the hostel was large and clean. The hostel is ideally situated near the centre. It's just round the corner from a lot of bars and cafes if you want to eat and drink, but the accommodation itself is nice and quiet. I would return if in Ho Chi Minh City again!

Good room and location and fairly cheap. Altho no vibe or security. Staff did not seem to be at the hostel often and was unhelpful

The place is tucked away from the main Street, which was helpful in terms of getting around, and having access to restaurants and stores. There's a Circle K across the street, which helps if you need something. The staff here (Tony and Gai) were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The private room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The A/C and WiFi worked well. The breakfast was delicious and custom-made every morning. They also had water available. I had a great time staying here!

This is a nice hotel, well maintained building. Rooms and facilities are modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is really welcoming and friendly. Fast check-in and check-out, no trouble. Perfect location in the city center,(: We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and the price was very good for what we got! We recommend you to try this little nice hotel and see for your self)

Directly after our booking the staff sent us a mail with how-to get to the place advises which was appreciated! Hint: took only the small Vinasun taxis, they're cheapest. As we arrived at this hostel / homestay we thought "oh my god where are we here"? But this first impression was completely wrong. The staff was super friendly and our double bed room was beautiful and clean. They even prepared a welcome fruit plate for us and gave us the mini bar for free. Furthermore they prepared us a breakfast package because we had to leave at 3am..Thanks a lot again to the very kind staff team!! (: Even the hostel is located near to the pub street is was quite at night. Totally recommended!
