It's a Bar inside Sofitel Saigon Plaza. Upon entering, the vibe is simply just on point! Very "Kingsman" Vibes, love the décor. The service was great as well, we were greeted with yummy yogurt welcome drink. And the ideas of the drinks on the menu, particularly naming of each drink is full of creativity and details. Presentation is very cool. It's not your typical bar :) Highly recommend.

Ministry of Men is one of the coolest speakeasies in town! You literally transport yourself into the 60s once you walk through the door. The cocktail list is incredible. All cocktails are themed and have a story. We had a table in the main area but if you consume a minimum of 1 mil per person they can sit you in the special lounge. Absolutely worth it. Service was fantastic and each drink came accompanied by a type of object such as the Sherlock Holmes that comes with a hat and you drink it out of a pipe! Will be coming back soon!

I've been to many bars. And this got to be the best bar. I look out for 2 things in a bar. Cocktails and atmosphere. If the classics is good. It's worth revisiting. If the custom cocktails is good, it's worth frequenting. Their cocktails are amazing. Both the classics and customs. And atmosphere is what I'm looking for. Classy, chic, exquisite. There are some bartenders. Some who call themselves mixologist, but they could only stick to the menu, and very few who are worthy of being a mixologist. Mr Zane is one of the best mixologist I've came across. And he's still so young, I believe he'll have a great future ahead. I'm so glad to taste some of his finest creations. It's a great pleasure. If you have company, do try their private room. It's an amazing experience. If you love chess, you're going to have a great time. Or chat by the fireplace. Thank you Ministry of Men for allowing me to experience the world's best bar.

Amazing cocktails and staffs! I love the creativity that was put into each cocktails and the story behind it. The decor is magnificent! I can honestly stay here forever. 1000000% would recommend!

There's a speakeasy feel to this bar-bershop (emphasis on bar) watering hole. There are 6 bar seats and 3 tables in the immediate venue and a salon thru some curtains behind the bar. To the left is the exclusive (and min spend) "Prime Minister's Chamber" with whiskey cart and fireplace crowned with a stag. I agree with the superb reviews of the creatively presented, assembled and well-executed cocktails here, that are a deal at about 320-360k. With that, you probably need not worry about the min spend of the PM's chamber too of 700-1000k pp depending on the day of the week (they literally have a sign).

It’s located inside Sofitel hotel on Le Duan street. It’s a cozy and super cool place to hang out. They have a special menu with cocktail named after famous people, such as Marilyn Monroe, Marie Curie and your drinks will be decorated with relevant theme. You can try Marie Curie if you wanna try something different as you will be your own bartender to mix all ingredients together. The staff are nice and helpful, they can communicate well in both English and Vietnamese.

Not only is this the coolest bar in Ho Chi Minh City, it is one of the most interesting and well done bars I’ve ever been to. The cocktails are mind blowingly creative. Mike and Zane are beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I am going to re-organize my plans so I can come back several more times this trip!

Special mention to Tiny, he made us feel very welcome. Can really feel that he’s passionate about what he’s doing. His knowledge of alcohol and cocktail is amazing, and was very willing to engage and share with us. He was very professional too. Kudos to Tiny!

Excellent drinks and concept, swing music really helps the fun and light atmosphere. All bartenders are passionate and can tell you every bottle’s history. Their Classic cocktails are extraordinary.

What a cool experience. This place was hidden inside a hotel and we spent a few hours visiting with friends. The place was nicely decorated and you forget that you are in the middle of Saigon.

Located inside The Sofitel hotel on the third floor. This place is a hidden gem. The drinks are amazing and creative. The staff is attentive and extremely friendly. I ordered the Madam Curie and the Marilyn Monroe. I don’t want to ruin any surprises, but these drinks are out of this world.

Certainly the best cocktail bar in Saigon. Perhaps among the top five in all of Vietnam. The atmosphere and brand of this place is consistent from the moment you walk in. It looks like an 18th century British gentlemen's club, with surprises and delights everywhere. Even if you don't drink, you'll marvel at the professional mastery and economy of motion of the entire front of the house staff. We went on two separate nights because I couldn't find a better mixed drink in town and the entertainment factor was 11/10. Drinks were 10/10 for sure. Bar snacks didn't measure up to the quality of everything else, but they were complimentary. If you love craft cocktails, do not miss a visit. They take reservations.

Great drinks! but think carefully if you wanna wait for like 30 mins for a drink. Cozy but seats are small and very noisy if it gets crowded

I give high kudos for the creativity in presentation, the decor is so classic and almost a speakeasy new york city vibe. The the drinks is good, not yet exceptional, but solidly made. I really like it. A place I would definitely bring friends to.

Located within the Sofitel hotel, this posh bar serves and delivers on ambience and cocktails. A superb mixologist-filled staff (KATA) and a vast collection of spirits, it’s a no brainer for the cocktail crowd. Don’t miss out in the Winston Churchill or Marie Curie drinks!!! Make reservations, as with many of the cocktail speakeasies in Saigon.

Of all the places I missed in HCMC this is right up in the top 3!! Such a great welcome, great service, amazing cocktail - the bloody Mary was bloody lovely - and a swish haircut. Saturday done well!!

Always a top notch experience and clearly one of the very top bars not only in Saigon but in Asia! If you like better end, hidden bars then this may very likely become your go to! Always great drinks and service. Expect to wait a bit for your perfectly crafted drink - worth the wait.
