This is an affordable hotel in Ho, Ghana. It's a nice budget hotel. However, they need to improve their customer service and hotel management. We were "greeted" with wall geckoes and cockroaches when we entered our room so we had to kill them. Water heater wasn't functioning and the fridge was a rickety one. The air conditioner blows well but be ready to be disturbed by the noise it makes all night. Like I said, nothing special but a cool, affordable place to lodge in Ho, Ghana 🇬🇭.

I am glad for this opportunity. Service quality needs to be improved upon. Water flow leaves a lot to be desired. Water trickles from the taps instead of flowing. No water heater available. Items inadvertently left in the rooms should not get lost. I forgot an item in a room once and never got it back. TVs don't work. EP Church owned hotel needs Holy Bible in the rooms. Beautiful place. I love the quaint atmosphere of the place. ACs, fans, TVs, washrooms, wardrobes and fridges available in rooms. In all, staying here was a nice experience. If I visit Ho again somewhere in the future, this place will certainly be one of the places I'll consider lodging.

Very bad reception 😑. Workers packing food paid for customers with no regard whether all have eaten or not. Rooms in very very very very bad shape with no room cleaning the whole 4 days we stayed. Will never ever advise anyone to use it

Ok, for a budget hotel . Hot water, fridge breakfast, n air-condition are inclusive, so it's cool for a city budget hotel.

Great for a good night's sleep, but let down by inadequate water pressure that makes showering impossible.
